My ongoing notes on pumping

My ongoing notes on pumping

Just a personal thread to document little things I learn as I go. I know a lot about traction and a SHITLOAD about Peyronie’s but very little about pumping.

A lot of this will just be be rediscovering what everyone else already knows.

So in another thread someone posted that they were doing around 3-4hg for 15 minutes every other day, that seemed very conservative to me, similar to what I would be doing and I was getting the same issue, mild turtling afterward. - Pumping Is Maybe Not For Me

thoughtfulgold gave some great advice re duration and intensity, and I have applied it to some extent. I do around 20 minutes a day but never go over 2hg and am usually around 1 or 1.5hg. Before this I was at most hitting 3hg at times but would usually be under 2hg anyway. Small change, but it had a big effect. Erection strength is greatly improved immediately post session and even better the morning after.

So the small changes matter.

Second thing is that I cannot rely on sensation to judge force, as that seems to change with my perceptions day to day. Best to watch the gauge.

Also I think the length markers on the pump are detrimental. So tempting to push yourself just that little bit further when you see you’re nearly hitting a new mark, but it can mean two steps backwards.

Starting Stats - 5.5 BPEL x 5.6 EG

Current Stats - 5.7 BPEL x 6.5 EG

Goal - 7 x 6 (with hopefully a large flaccid hang)

Yes, pumping has been a tricky practice for me also. Great short term benefits, but not so much success long term. I was definitely pumping at too high of a vacuum as well as too frequently. I have since backed away and have added more clamping and rest to my routine.

I am interested in hearing more about how the lighter vacuum routine goes for you and I am sending wishful thoughts your way for some nice gains!

Lol, it would be great if my wishful thinking was enough!

I pumped twice a day for twenty minutes at 5 hg, five days a week and one 45 minute session at 4 hg once a week. After four plus years, I had gained over one inch in girth.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Is that strictly from pumping?

I am staying around 4-5 hg and increasing by a minute each week. I would say my combo of manual stretching and pumping have contributed to me gaining back my .25" I lost due to inactivity.

I still don’t see a difference in my erect girth but my flaccid is heavier and thicker.

I’m considering going back to hanging and incorporating pumping with that, since all of my gains came from hanging.

Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

I probably shouldn’t be pumping at all considering my stats and my goals, but there are is still some indentation/hourglassing from my Peyronie’s that I think a good pumping routine with heat should be able to fix up. Certainly is having a great effect on erection strength and flaccid hang so far.

I also use an extender for length; however, I don’t believe an extender promotes girth to any significant

One of my primary objectives when I started pumping was to correct my peyronie’s inflicted curve and pumping actually did have an impact on that. The curve has never really left.

I swear by pumping and the impact it has had for me in meeting the objectives I pursued.

Pumping is a long term commitment, gains have proven lasting even in times when I gave stopped pumping.

05/12/2005 : BPEL: 6.1"x EG:5.5" Current as of : 24/12/2011 : BPEL 7.87" x EG: 6.3" Long term Goal 8.5"x 6.4"
