My new method

Hey guys, just wanted to give you an update as to what I was doing. I have switched over to a new method to see how well it works. The new method consists of pumping for a short period of time, 2 times per day, once in the morning and once at night.

So far in doing this I’ve noticed a huge increase in EQ (I am getting random erections for the first time in my life) and I’ve also gained almost a quarter inch in girth in 2 weeks and this is after 48 hours off to be sure that any swelling / fluid buildup was gone. I’ll keep everyone posted as to any future results I see from this new method (which I’m mixing with light stretching / jelqing and hopefulling in the near future, clamping).

Any comments / ideas / questions are welcome :)

one month in (as of 02/12/09): 8.15" BPEL, 7.4" NBPEL, 5.6"EG, (5"-6.5" varying) FL, 4.75" FG, Height: 6'1", Weight: 190 lbs.

Currently (as of 04/3/09): 8.50" BPEL, 7.6" NBPEL, 5.7"EG, (5.5"-7" varying) FL, 4.75" FG, Height: 6'1", Weight: 175 lbs. (final semester of Computer Science > Gym :( )

Goals (in the next 6 months): 8.60" BPEL, 7.8" NBPEL, 6" EG, 7" FL, 5" FG, (still hopefully 6'1"), Weight: 200 lbs.

How many sets are you doing? Also time and HG level?

Ditto. .25inch girth gain in 2 weeks sounds almost too good to be true. I want in!

I’m doing 2 X 7-8 minute sets at 5-6 hg in the morning and 2 X 7-8 minute sets at 4-5 hg in the evening.

I’ll keep you all posted as to how it goes.

One problem I’ve noticed is that you get some small red dots on top but that is probably partially related to the fact that I haven’t been warming up properly.
I haven’t had any problems with EQ.

Red dots usually mean you are doing too much and very small blood vessels are bursting. under the skin.So it would perhaps be wise to reduce the vacuum you are using.

What you are doing is what’s called a split set or split session. They work out well for some, as long as you don’t overdo.

I wouldn’t worry too much about the red dots, as long as they are small, they are limited in number, and they are not persistent. If they get bigger, more numerous, or stay longer, then you need to decrease your effort. If they get bad enough, you may need to stop entirely to heal, so that’s an incentive not to overdo right there.

A certain amount of red spots is not unusual with starting pumping (or starting PE in general). They generally stop happening over time as you get more conditioned.

The standard warnings apply, of course, about if you have blood vessel disorders, or are taking blood thinners, or have other medical reasons that make this kind of stress a bad idea for you.

How long have you been pumping?

I like pumping morning and evening as I explained in this post:

“I think that PE just before bedtime is a good idea. I think that the natural cycle of erections during the night reinforces the stretching and expansion of PE.

I think PE in the morning right after you get up is a good idea. Your penis is warm and has been getting some stretching already through your nocturnal erections, so you are starting with the advantage of a well-warmed up unit.”


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

I’ve been pumping for about 2.5 months now, but I took a break inbetween that somewhere when school became particularly tough. I’m definately having better results splitting up my routine and I feel like I’m plump 24/7. I definately agree with the nocturnal erections theory, I wake up every morning with that feeling that I’ve been working it out (not excessively or anything, that good kinda stretched feeling)

About 5.8 EG
