My First Pumping (critique)

Well guys, my pump is scheduled to arrive tomorrow afternoon from LAPdist. I got a 10”x2” deluxe pump from them. I’m planning on going with the workout below and following the 101 vac. pumping pretty much verbadum at 4-5HG. This also incorporates another members workout (whom I can’t remember now). I’ve been doing the morning workout the past 2 or 3 weeks and my PI signs have been all positive.

Morning:
10min hot wrap warm up
15min Inverted Vstretch
10 min heating pad wrap

Night:
10min heating pad wrap
5min jelq
10min pump @4-5HG
5min jelq
10min heating pad wrap

I’m not sure if I should do all 10 min of pumping at once, or if I should break it up and do 5 minutes of pumping followed by 5 minutes jelq’ing followed by another set of that. I will also be looking for a decent wrap (maybe cotton?) since I can’t seem to find anymore TheraP wrist wraps. I have a Walgreens down the street so I’m sure I will find something. After I feel conditioned enough, I will start to incorporate a ring into the workout (maybe after a month). I can then use this after the workouts or I might use a very ligh clamp just to stay engorged; more over, this depends on how I like the wrapping.

Finally to clarify things, and forgive me if you have seen this in another post, but doesn’t the notion of wrapping after pumping seem to defeat the purpose of gaining girth as it would squeeze blood out? I imagine that your wrapping to keep your size; however, I dont’ know if this should be a “hangers” wrap or if it should be really loose etc… I haven’t found this wrapping technique while searching, but if it’s out there feel free to point.

First I would start out at 4-5 HG for a beginner. Maybe start out at 2-3 until you get used to pumping.

Thanks Nelson, your always quick with a response I’ve noticed :) . I will definitely start out lower. Better to do that than screw things up with pumping from the “get-go”. What do you think about doing the sets? Think I should stick with jelq for 5 then pump 10 and jelq 5 again. Or do 5min jelq, 5min pump and then another set of that? I’d also like to see somoene make a good wrapping video for pumping. I think that’d be a great thing to add to show everyone the proper way to wrap, for post pumping that is.

I would jelq for about 15 minutes before and after pumping.

And I would do a 15 minute warm up. With wet heat.

And maybe do about 5 minutes of penis flexes. The way you do penis flexes is by getting an erection and place a magazine over the penis while you are laying on your back and try to raise the magazine with your penis.

I see that you worked out your routine already. Well, what I suggest is to forget about this routine for about a week. Instead, after your pump arrives just spend about 20 minutes a day learning to pump. Find comfortable pressure levels (it’s different for different people), pumping position so you can multitask, learn the right way to apply lubricant to avoid leaks. Also 10 min per set is just a recommendation. You can stay in the tube longer if pressure is low enough (up to 20 min). Learn how to disconnect the pump from the tube; this will also add comfort to your pumping sessions.

Also jelqing between pumping sets isn’t mandatory, although it helps to diminish fluid build up. You can jelq later. The reason I am saying that is that things get messy when you jelq and pump at the same time. And you will have to clean your hands constantly in order to operate the pump (try to pump with slippery hands and you will see ;) ).

Well, I’m going to take it easy the first ways, follow the 101 routine pretty closely.

I just got my pump about 15 minutes ago, so I’m gonna check out the video. Wish me luck guys, I’ll be sure to read plenty and keep updates.

Forget about wrapping. It was just a bad dream.

Funny gprent :P. I just still don’t see how wrapping when erect would really do anything aside from attain a longer flaccid length; however, how would somoene still stay hard while wrapped? Unless, you were to put some form of a ring on after wrapping.

Just finished my routine. Here is how it went:

10 min hot wrap warm up
5 min dry jelq
5 min pumping at 4HG
5 min dry jelq
5 min pumping at 4HG
5 min dry jelq
10 min hot wrap warm down

The pumping felt very good and I was extremely comfortable with the pressure. Expansion was definitly noticable as well. I’m going to probably do the one session of 10 minutes of pumping instead of spliting it up. I also got a good seal with very little lubricant and I may try to see if I can get a good seal without it as well since I’m pretty bald down there :) . All in all, I look forward to seeing my progress in about a month or so! Soon I’ll figure out the wrapping part :P

Lube is as much an expansion aid as it is a sealant. You will never pack your cylinder or get full length and girth expansion without a fully lubricated shaft.

Sorry about that, I wasn’t aware and I haden’t actually read that anywhere yet*. I’ll make sure to continue with the lube

Please explain.

If you go into the tube without lube, your skin will tend to stick to the walls of the tube and greatly restrict expansion. When you are fully lubed, as you expand, you can be drawn further into the tube for extra length and as you get thicker, your extra girth will more easily fill the tube. As you pump, you should be able to rotate the tube as you pump, and the lube allows you to do this.

OK, thanks. I’m well oiled from jelqing before tubing, but have found I don’t need any extra (e.g., Vaseine) at the base to get a seal.
