I’m not talking about overtraining, but having shorter sessions multiple times in a day (2 or 3) which add up to what you would do in one session.

This works better with my schedule, and I figure it may even be beneficial atleast in regards to keeping a large flaccid size - since you are giving your unit a nice plump up more often. May be closer to imitating how spontaneous erections are during puberty too, since they don’t happen all at once but at intervals thoughout the day.

For how long are the sets, and at what hG?

Have you experienced any benefits from doing this, compared to a “standard” routine?

I haven’t actually started doing it this way yet, but will from now on. Very mild routine based on getting better erections, I’ll go 2 or 3 5-7 minute sets, 2 to 3 times a day at approx 4HG

Benefits I can see are a prolonged flaccid hang and erections occuring more times throughout the day

That’s what I do. Been doing it for a week now and I gotta say, I feel like a teenager all over again. The moment a female is in my space I’m jumping like a dog when it sees it’s master holding the dinner bowl. :) . Just don’t over do it. When you feel the pressure getting tighter, release and jelq lightly. I’m no veteran but that’s what I do and I see gains in a week already.

I am currently doing 2 pumping sessions a day. Hang for about 2 hours, then do 2 pumping sets, 5 mins each at 12-14hg. Then hang a couple more hours, then 2 pumping sets again. Feels nice.


Present: 8.75" BPEL, 9.25" BPSFL, 5.3" EG

Goal: 1' BPEL, 6.5" EG

At the moment I hang for 2x5 minutes at noon then do 250 wet Jelqs then when I come in after work at 12.30am I hang for another 2x5 minutes.

It has worked for me using other exercises, so it is reasonable to say that it could work for pumping.

I like split sessions. Opinions vary on this, but as for me, I like to pump just before I go to bed, when spontaneous nocturnal erections reinforce the stretch I’ve gotten from the pumping session. I also like pumping in the morning, after that night of erections, when my penis is warm and pliable. I think I get more out of two shorter pumping sessions than one longer session. A third session in the course of the day is not out of line, either, as long as you are not overdoing overall. Watch your PIs and EQ.

+1 I do the same thing. I find when I pump before bed and have my morning erection the next day it is definitely fatter.

One thing I also do is after a pumping session and clamping I sometimes masturbate, when I can’t help it. Well to negate the turtling which I feel kind of defeats the purpose of the prior P.E session, I then pump soon after to keep it nice and fat. From this I also get good hangs for a couple days when I do this.

I’ve started pumping 2X a day at 7-8 Hg for 10 minutes each. I’ve gone from 7 inches in the tube to almost 7.5 which is awesome. I know they say only do around 5 Hg, but I was not seeing any gains in or out of the tube. I think every one pressure level is different, there is no pain at 7-8 so I don’t think it’s a bad thing.

I’m no way an expert of pumping, but absence of pain doesn’t means what you are doing is safe or good, when referring to this PE technique, IMHO.

True but my EQ is great, no pain, and gains outside of the tube can’t be to bad. I’m not saying all should pump at 7 or 8, but it seems to be working for me.
