Decided that I would give this a try the other two days, only 2 sets of 10 minutes at each morning and night. So 40 minutes total for the day. Morning pump on the 2nd day felt great, but I ended up getting more of a spongy feeling dick and what I consider a doughnut on my dick. The last set in the evening I went through with it just to see what would happen. Had pretty much the same effect, this morning though dick is fine and normal. Going to go back to my one routine days, for the now. Best of luck guys

What is a “spongy” feeling? I’ve never gotten that.

NT the spongy feeling… Where it feels more full of fluids than with blood. Its not quite squishy and not quite hard. Also the sensitivity of the penis feels different some how, almost like a slightly numbed response coming from the inside but on the surface everything feels great. No pain or anything and no discoloration to associate. Just feels like the doughnut effect, have you had that?

The information and assumptions here are right on with pumping. Low pressure pumping daily or twice daily will keep everything functioning well and provide growth. The half inch robbery is strange with pumping and something I’ve not been able to explain either. In most cases it’s tube design that doesn’t depict size accurately with its ruler.

One thing if I could recommend adding is jelqing before and after you pump. Has worked very well for me. My pumping routine is not typical and rather extreme but has worked very well for me. I know that the routines I read in this thread and the consistency will yield results.

Not really, I’m well rounded in exercises PE or not, since I’m in school for Exercise Kinesiology. I know pretty much that any exercise can damage, so you must be careful. That does not mean I haven’t injured myself during my PE routine. The main exercise that has injured me is Clamping-thank God they were just minor and I recovered within a week. Just be careful and if I ever get a “spongy feeling” or “doughnut effect” I’ll let you guys know. :) I freak out with any injury or sickness.

Thanks for all the replies guys. So far it seems like I can do morning and night pumping. What I’m doing though is in the morning just adding a ten minute session instead of 30 like I do at night. I have some pictures of my pre and post pump unit on my progress thread if anyone is interested.

I’m thinking to try this twice a day pumping, I can’t be very consistent like I’d like to but when it’s a work day I can. I usually pump after work, up until bed time. If I’d wake up and pump I could get a session in while getting ready to go back to work (long shifts). Just take it slow if you’re new. For me, I don’t normally go a half hour straight, I do 20 minutes, then at least a minute rest or a few minutes jelqs if I’m not still hard.

Staying hard and heat and kegels do seem to help during the set, but for me, I’ve been getting into longer sessions as well. A set or two at 3-4 HG just don’t feel like a workout to me. I need 4-7 HG (but sometimes to zero and milking) to feel like I’m getting the pump I want. And have lately been going 5-6 twenty minute sets.

In my pic thread inDECENT pics, routine and progress.. you can read more about all that but it’s something I’ve worked up to and my dick is conditioned for it. Even after these sessions the past few weeks I’ve been doing a clamp set or two if I have time. I do get fluid build up and the doughnut but it don’t bother me much anymore and goes away within a day or while wearing my sleeve at work.

Well today I did try the split set. I did my normal routine before bed spending a good two hours on my dick, from about 8 am to 10am. Took my pump to bed planning to use it upon waking. 5pm alarm wakes me to a half ass morning wood lol (some days are better then others) O.o Lubed up the pump and some touching brought him to full attention, and on goes the cylinder.

I didn’t wanna over kill, and I have to get ready for work so I only pumped to 5 HG and left it go for 20 minutes. I will lose some pressure in that time but I wasn’t worried, just wanted to see how I would react having just pumped a few hours before. I plan on doing this again over the next few days. A few things I noticed..

1. I woke up with the remnants of the previous sessions doughnut, as usual, though not as bad as it can sometimes be. Once in the pump again I noticed expansion in this area as I’d expected since there was still some edema going on.

2. When I first put myself in the cylinder upon awaking and erect it seemed to still have some of the remaining girth at the base, as it sealed quite easily. Also I was lying down, don’t know if that made any difference but this was the first I’d put a pump on while lying in bed, usually I’m sitting.

4. Even though I wasn’t using all that much pressure I started packing about half way up within just a few minutes, even though I didn’t “feel” like I’d retained much girth from the previous session, I guess I must have.

5. I’d expected this extra little session to exacerbate the doughnut effect to some degree, and it was there after removing the pump.. But I found it odd that only two hours later it was almost completely gone. Went to the rest room to put my anti turtle sleeve/ads on at work and didn’t expect to find that. Sometimes my morning pump session, if aggressive enough, can leave the edema well into the night if I let it..

I’ll be repeating practically the same thing again tomorrow so it’ll be interesting to see how my dick responds to day 2 of split pumping. Poor lil guy lol.

My routine isn’t as solid as you guys, I have been pumping for the last week and this Thursday I’ll start the two 10 minute sessions. :) I’m hanging better after a week and my balls are bit bigger to. I pump every day right now, 15 mins and rest on Sunday.

Sounds good Tomato, just take it slow and be consistent. You’re doing what I did when I started ;)

For years I’ve mixed it up..

Daily, two or three times a week, twice a day, twice a day-every other day and just about every combination you can imagine. I happen to like the results from a 30 min early morning session with a 9x2-1/4” wide body; 1 stretch break in there, shower and an Oxball stretchy cock ring for the day.. AND followed up with a 60 min PM session with three stretch breaks and finishing with a nice hot shower. The PM allows me to pack a 9x 2-1/2” wide body - the results feel incredible and the visual hang is nothing short of amazing. I use the LA Wide-Body cylinders and love them; the 2-1/4 & 2-1/2 are measured on the short side respectively.

Close to ten years now..
Started very infrequently; every now and then.. Sadly, I can’t remember what my girth started at - I could guess, but it would be just that - A Guess. I recently took a two week vacation and when I measured, I was just over 6” around.
Length - was about 7-1/4 when I started; today I’m a legit, straight as an arrow 8-1/2”

Started the day with an early morning 1 hour pump session, at low pressure. I have no concerns about length, but enjoy the thickness; I won’t pump tonight and will end up having some action; I’ll be giving about 6-3/4 girth to my partner.

‘Stretch breaks’ you mean manual stretching? What kind and how much? Congrats for gains, although yours looks kind a part-time job. :)
