MASSIVE GIRTH GAINS - The only way (Not)

I think that using vasodilatators(like yohimbine, even cialis) can work very good when doing girth work. I’ve read many have done it with success. But in this case, it seems a little dangerous.

How is the expansion? Do you have lots of fluid build-up(edema) ?

If your gains aren’t from edema, then congrats

Man it’s funny how people like to fight on here, give the guy a break, he got carried away a little.

I used to be an Extreme pumper, not to this extreme but I know quite a bit about what’s going on here. It wasn’t the yohimbe that softened up your tunica; what softened up your tunica is called lymphatic fluids…..this condition is called edema.

I’m not saying that this wouldn’t produce long term permanent gains, but I don’t think it would yield much. It is important to combine other manual PE methods to pumping to see permanent substantial gains.

Yeah I’m gonna pass on this one after reading everything everyone is saying.This is my first post by the way (yay!) but I’ve been a member of this thing since the wheel was invented. Decided to start the newbie routine this week.but I’m not doing this suggested routine (lol).

I did this exercise about 4 times a week, its important to have your penis rest the next day. I had massive gains, my girlfriend noticed and was very impressed the only thing I stabilized with lesser gains, but gains nevertheless.

Vacillation is when your veins become dilated, this is what yohimbe creates, but Vacillation only lasts for a few hours maybe more so this is not the reason for the gains. I used to be 4.5 - 4.7 and now I am 5.10 permanently. At my peak I was 5.50 that month, and slowly stablized at 5.10. This gives you fast results, but taking yohimbe soften ups your tunica really good.

NOTE: This works great for me, maybe someone has a better method but all I hear in these forums for girth is jelqs jelqs jelqs and what not.

***its important not to masturbate on your resting days. Yes, frequent masturbation can effect EQ tremendously. If you masturbate, your penis will become flaccid and lack red blood cells which is crucial for recovery. Glutathione is great for recovery but gets absorbed before it reaches your liver so its important to use vitamin c as a transport.




I have been giving this some thought. And you also need to put a bee or wasp in the tube while pumping and when you are maxed out, tap the tube and hopefully the insect will sting you . This should give you another 50% expansion.
