Maintaining Pressure

I think pressure loss is inevitable. Monitor it and pump accordingly.

That’s one of the good things about using a modified aquarium pump, the pressure it creates is nice and stable even if you have a small leak.

I’m a little new to pumping but I’ve had the same problem with a slow leak my solution was to get to the pressure I am working at and disconnect the pump from the tube for 5 min and reconnect milk the the tube for a min pump back to the pressure I want and disconnect the pump from the tube again.

I do this till my session is done ,also find it helps to try and keep a good erection, it’s a bit of a hassle but seems to keep the pressure steady better ,it still drops .5 or so in 5 min better that pumping every 30 sec.

I have noticed on my harbor freight vac pump that the pressure release plunger is very sensitive and easy to actuate. I make sure to place it on a flat surface as even sheets or blankets touching the plunger pin can cause slight pressure release. If I am still losing pressure, I’ll wiggle the pin around and push it in several times to make sure it is totally free and will fully release to the closed position.
