When I was pumping, I’d typically pump between 6-10in Hg for 2 sets of about 10 minutes…resulted in a great pump of both the glans and the shaft with no circ scar donutting and very little, if any, lymph buildup in the shaft. I used 2 HTWs, leaving my glans exposed, with the distal ends of the HTWs turned down over my circ scar for extra confining pressure over that most subject to donutting area. I thought it worked out real well.

I’m starting to see the strong compression of the inner tube as a kind of tubular power jelque sticks, except there is no where for the expansion to go but to be directed into the erectile cells themselves.

It is having the main effect of causing size gains primarily, and the secondary benefits are total prevention of fluid accumulation and skin protection.

I had tried it about a year ago, but immediately dropped it because it was obvious that it was preventing expansion, therefore I wasn’t interested.

It seems that it is causing expansion by an alternate mechanism that hasn’t been considered before…

I’m not quite sure of this yet, but so far it seems that way.

I will be able to say for sure in a few weeks…but so far I’m very impressed.

Let me answer this more specifically. The lymph fluid leaks into the tissue from the pressure differential. It is picked back up by the lymphatic system and drained into progressively larger vessels, until it drains back into the venous system.

Sparkyx,keep us posted on this.I’d like to try it,but since your already guinea pigging it,I’ll wait and see if it’s a good thing to do.Xenolith I too have used the HTW while I pump.It’s awesome.There seems to be no phase of PE that these little gems won’t work for.I use the HTW my first two sets,then go bareback the last set.So far no pain or problems and minimal fluid buildup.No permanent gains yet though either .

I had to give up pumping for these same reasons. The lymphs clog and stay that way for a while, then decrease, but clog again after a single pump set.

It seems that I have a very sensitive unit (sounds like you do too).

I was clogging every time when I was using the vacuum hanger, even at modest wt. (5 lbs) for 15 minutes.

It seemed to be getting worse progressively. I had figured out how to unclog them, but even with that technique…I was unable to unclog that last one.

Its like a hard worm under the skin that is sore…no fun!

Anyway, this inner tube technique totally eliminates it, and seems to be giving me some impressive girth gains…

although I can’t really say gains yet…it has brought back my best girth.

I think you could probably try it fairly safely. Buy a brand new inner tube for a normal bicycle, cut off a 9-10 inch segment, clean it, put it around the opening of your cylinder, and let the open end extend into the cylinder like a sleave for your penis.

Tightness is a good thing, it seems to be a mechanism of expansion, as well as your guarentee of no lymph congestion.

Lube it and your unit, and let the vacuum pull you in.

I jelque in and out of the tube (partially) while watching the gauge and making sure I don’t go over 6 in hg.

It feels great, and actually it UNCLOGGED my last injury!

Start with 5 minutes and see how your unit responds…then incrementally increase time as you see how you react, over a period of days.

I find that 2 sets of 15 minutes caused some minor shrinkage for a few hours, then hung very think and heavy the rest of the day.

I am trying to go to almost no shrinkage, and seeing if I can keep a constant heavy flaccid.

I am of the school that frequent mild stimulation is better than occasional severe stimulation.

I am going to shoot for 3 times a day of about 10 minutes and see how that goes.

I am currently doing 2 times a day for about 10 minutes, and my nite and morning wood has gotten so hard that it wakes me up, as well as walking around with a heavy, long and thick flaccid.

I kagal with each jelque of the tube, I go slow and take about 3-5 seconds per jelque.

I make sure it is very enjoyable inorder to stay as hard as possible.

If you try this…I think you will be very pleasantly surprised.

seriously though, just a regular bicycle inner tube. Got mine at Target for about $2.50, it will be real tight ( it was for me, for you… :shrug: ) :)

I still can’t say for sure if it is causing the gains or if I am just seeing the result of recovering from overtraining.

Like I said earlier…I’ll know in a few weeks.

Do you know the dimensions of the tube?

I have been using the old reliable Google and have found 26” X 1.25” or 1.75” for typical bicycle tubes.

I’m sure, given your 6” range girth it is a bit tighter on you that it would be on me: I’m at 5.5” mid-shaft girth-wise with some fluctuation.

I believe it is the 1.75”. I used to always go for the largest I could find because I was looking for something that wouldn’t inhibit expansion.

Like I said, I’m now wondering if COMPRESSION may actually lead to expansion…it makes sense ( to me anyway).

If you compress the erectile cells, if seems to be logical that you will stretch the cell walls.

I don’t think it would expand the tunica though, which is why it may need to be coupled with something that will…either normal pumping or clamping.

Loosen the tunica…then the cells should expand very easy…theoretically.

Like I said, regaining max girth is great, but it will be when I go past it that I will be able to start making some claims.

I have been doing daily 2 sessions of 10 minutes cycling the vacuum ( through jelquing the tube) from 0-7 in hg, no heat.

It has been working great, but the last 2 days, I have noticed some loss of nite and morning wood, as well as some loss of flaccid girth.

At this point I will assume I am drifting into overtraining and will take tommorrow off. If I am correct, I should start to see a return of previous good PIs ( remember that term?).

If 1-2 days off don’t do it, I will have to assume that this technique merely minimized tissue damage from overtraining, and ISN’T a method of expansion.

OK, here is what I think about this technique.

Awsome for expanding the erectile cells (cavernosum, spongiosum)!

HOWEVER… it will not expand the tunica, which is the limiting factor in girth expansion.

Conclusion:

You have to expand the tunica for girth expansion…once you do that, this technque seems to quickly fill you out to the maximum girth your tunica will allow. (it quicky helped me regain my best girth, but I doubt it will take me beyond it by itself).

You will need to use some other means to expand the tunica.
