I think I have finally found a routine that is working for me. When I say low I mean low. I am doing three 15 minutes set at 1 or 2 never over 2.5 In/Hg. I am doing about 50 jelqs between sets, so about 150 total. I usually do the first set at 1 in/Hg, yeah I never would have thought that was enough pressure, but it is.

Thanks to buby who suggested that I only use enough vacuum to get a good seal.

I was having real trouble with fluid build up and such using 3 or 4 In/Hg. That is now a thing of the past. I’ve been on this for 10 days, and seeing more expansion now than ever, with no fluid or donut effect at all. I am going to do this every single day. I think I have finally found a good routine that is working. I’m pretty “pumped” about this. :)

It’s always a good day when you find the perfect routine. Low pressure for longer time is the way to go.
