Looking to gain length with pumping

As the title says, I am looking to add a little extra length. I currently have a EL 6.3in and a girth of 5.8in at the centre of the shaft.
I would like to reach over 7 inches in length, and I am pretty happy with my girth, but any extra is just a bonus!

Is it possible to achieve this just through pumping? I understand that the best results come from PE routines, but I simply don’t have enough consistency in my day-to-day life to be able to stick to a lengthy routine.
I have been looking into either the Bathmate or Penomet and I am finding it hard to chose between the two. Do any of you have personal experience with the two? Would just like to know which one would help me more for length gains,

If its gotta be one of those, I would go with the penomet as it is cheaper. You should gain a little length, but to really target length, you want to pack the tube. That is, get a tube that limits lateral expansion so all the pull is directed lengthwise. For your girth that would be a 2” diameter tube probably. If you want to pack for length and use water (best case scenario) buy a brass brake bleeder pump from Harbor Freight ($25-30) and a 2” replacement penis pump cylinder ($30-50). Cheaper than a bathmate, and much more versatile and powerful.

I have a bathmate I just recently purchased and been happy with. If you get a good seal and pull at the base you can get the most intense stretch from your internal penis I ever felt so whatever pump you choose to get you can use it for stretching.

These sleeves are soft so will expand inside the cylinder so as Roots says also use a cylinder that you pack under vacuum.

I’ve been trying these out. One bonus is you are much less likely to get and edema and fluid build up is much less. The downside is you do not get as much of the chubby pumped feel or look you get from pumping.

So does penomet really work on length? And where do you people order it from?

I am 5.5” NBPEL and 5.5” MSEG. What diameter tube and length of tube would be best for me to work length and what would be a cost effective pump to do that?

Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

You will need a 2” diameter cylinder. You are just past the cutoff for a 1.75” tube. Really any length would work, but most are 9”.

As to a good pump, really any pump kit with a gauge and 2” tube will work for you. I gave some pump buying advice here, and it applies here too, just make sure you get a 2” cylinder if you want to pack and focus on length.

I bought the Goliath ages ago thinking it would grow to fit at some point. It doesn’t seem to work that way and its way too big. So I was thinking of waiting till I get some initial gains before it will start to do anything.

As you said a 2” diameter would be great for length but the Goliath is 2.75”. What pump do you recommend, there are so many and I don’t want to buy a cheap one that will break on me. Any brands that you know are reliable and affordable?

Pumping is good for girth gains. Stretching is good for length gains. You don’t need a lengthy routine.

What manual PE have you done?

I pretty much agree with sta-kool here, at least in so far as while you can gain length pumping, it is not an optimal way to use a pump, and stretching will usually be faster.

Yeah, and the stretching component of my newbie workout was no longer than 10 minutes. Was 5 sets of 5 way stretches, alternated with helicopter stretches. Gained an inch of length with that.

After laying off from PE for a few I’ve lost a 1/2 inch of those newbie gains, but I’m back actively PE’ing and have gotten 1/4 inch back of that very quickly. (I HATE stretching, but have learned my lesson now, going to be a part of my daily routine for the rest of my life) I expect to be back at 7.5 BPEL pretty soon…

(As an aside, I did not lose any of my girth gains, which I got from pumping)

Oh ok, I’ve done the newbie routine before for over 6 months and didnt get any gains. I tried Mem’s routine with a fulcrum but that didnt work either.

I started with 5 min stretches and 10 min jelqs then moved up from that around the time it tells you in the notes but it didnt seem to work for me.

Only thing I’m curious to know. When you stretch, are you able to hold behind the head without it slipped and pulling on the head. I have a foreskin and thats the only thing I might be thinking that is restricting efficiency. Not being able to grip the shaft but more of pulling the head. I am not sure if this matters or not.

You might look into vac extenders or vac hangers. They are good for uncircumcised guys and would be the next logical step if manual stretching has not worked for you.

Also, I would ask some of the experienced manual stretchers about your technique to see if it needs improvement for results, but that definitely isn’t me. Marinera wrote a thread about it a while back. you might check that out.

Now I’m in the gain zone again and have been there for about a month and it feels so good to break the wall that I have fighting for some time.

I pumping, then I do a jelqing session with variations and the last thing I do is a stretching. I do this 4 times a week and the rest of the days I pumping and edging. I have increased in girth but now length is showing up too.


Starting size: 7.48" X 5.51" Currently: 10.1" X 6.4"
