Has anyone tried pumping and hanging lite weitghts (3-6 lbs) at the base while in their tube(right next to their body)? Take a string and tie a weight right at the base of the tube, just past the pad/cusion and hang lite while pumping? It feels like it puts a good amount of pressure at the base and pulls it down…..I get a simular feeling to a BTC hang only not as intense.
Anyway it was just an idea and I thought I’d ask.
