I’m considering buying a pump to compliment my stretching routine. I’m thinking that by manually stretching my penis for 15+ minutes and then pumping at a low pressure for a short time in a packed cyclinder, the now stretched tissue will then be fully engorged with fresh blood, every nook and cranny swelling to its maximum stretched state. Unless I’m mistaken, the packed cylinder would encourage this swelling to expand primarily along the penis rather than outwards, promoting length gains over girth gains.

I’m sure this isn’t a new concept, but has anyone had success with it? Does anyone see any dangers or issues with it? Please feel free to correct me on any of my presumptions as I’m new to pumping and I’m eager to learn!

Any time you’re packing the cylinder, the risk of blisters on the glans is increased. It takes a watchful eye to prevent blisters.

Thanks Titleist, as I’d be a newbie with pumping I would already be very cautious when using one. If I were pumping at 5hg or below, am I right in presuming that this would decrease the likelihood of blisters forming? As with hanging, do you get an itching sensation on the glans when a blister is forming when pumping with a packed cylinder?

What do you think of the concept itself?

That is somewhat what I’m doing. Some hand work, hanging for 10 minutes, and pumping.

The pump packing part is aided by a silicone sleeve that I put on to get a good lengthly

A 1.5” gain in girth is incredible for 5 months of PE, congratulations geo3! Honestly, I’m not interested in gaining girth at the moment, just length, but it’s promising to see that you have gained some length too. Unless I misunderstood, are you packing your pump but at the same time you’re also primarily wanting girth gains?

Work towards exceeding your bpel while under pressure. That’s how I gained length.

I am sure that you have shared this before but for how long do you stay exceeding your bpel? One set, two sets, 5 min or release pressure immediately?

When you first get to that a few minutes will suffice. It shouldn’t take extreme pressure to get there. Over time you’ll notice after your first pumping set you’ll be there and can monitor your sessions to see where you end. The ruler will indeed confirm that you’ve grown.

So I’ve been continuing my manual routine of tension stretches (currently at 35 reps) and have just started packed pumping afterwards to compliment the stretching. I’ve only done two days of combined stretching and packed pumping and I’ve already noticed that I can get 2-5mm over my BPEL whilst in the pump at around 3-5hg, even in the first session. Entering the pump as erect as possible seems to help.

I did however possiblly make a mistake in the cylinder that I bought. I bought a 1.75” cylinder which I pack perfectly from base to glans, however, the cylinder tapers towards the top and I believe this maybe making it difficult for my already packed glans to increase forwards under pressure. So, I’ve ordered a non-taped cylinder to see if that might make a difference.

I’m quietly optimistic. I love the plump flaccid hang afterwards. If I can continue to pump a few millimetres or so past my BPEL every other day at a safe pressure, I’m sure it’s going to yield some results.
