La Pump: No Communication?

Placed an order with them a week ago and so far all I have is an invoice. I’ve tried sending numerous emails to ask for a tracking code and see where or if it’s been sent.

So far I haven’t had a response.

Is this normal for them?

And I can’t remember my account details for their site and there’s no option to retrieve lost/forgotten logins and passwords. :(

I’d phone them, they can’t ignore a direct call.
It is a bit strange that they haven’t gotten back to you, any business that gives poor customer service will suffer.

Anyways, a phone call should get you your account info back and hopefully they will give you a tracking number.

Looking through my bank details, the transaction for my order disappeared. Just spoke with a consultant from my bank right now and I’m told they (LA Pump) cancelled the transaction and reversed the charges.

Guess I’ll take my money somewhere else.

penisdepot.com sells the same equipment for less and the price includes shipping.

It’s all good now. Found an online retailer here in Australia that can send it within 1-2 days and it actually worked out cheaper than buying from the US.

Wish I found this retailer last week as it would have meant I’d have it by now. Patience is not one of my strong traits.

Can be a real pain when ordering online.

Their customer service does suck. I once sent them an email and left a phone message about an order I made. I never received a reply to either one.
