I’ve been pumping consistently since April, and what I find myself doing is getting getting a good erection then obtaining a good seal, adjusted Hgs to 6-7, I wrap an electronic heat pad around the tube and then I watch porn to help maintain a rock hard erection and i find myself kegaling as often, as hard for as long as I can. I don’t remember hearing much about kegaling in the tube, but for me, this gives me a great feel, the sensation of a mild stretch on my entire unit. I’ve seen small but measurable gains since I started pumping, so this seems to be working. My question is, does anyone else pump this way? If so, have you found it effective?

gprent wrote up a routine somewhere that goes like this.

- kegel 25 times, then
- milk the tube 25 times

Rinse and repeat.

It is a good workout. Although watch out at those pressure levels - most of the vets here say stick between 3 to 5HG for best enlargement results.

I just started doing them real hard lately, I actually start oozing pre-cum it almost like I am pissing.

I found it way easier to kegel when I was in a tube. Never felt like I was doing it right except when I was warmed up and rigid in my cock pump. Then it was easy and felt “right”.

Oh man, you guys that kequel in the tube, have you shot pre cum out. I just started diong it. In a 2 hour session there is a lot might be enough to fill a small shot glass. That is without trying too much.

I do 3 20 minute sessions a day, spread out throughout the day, ‘but I only notice small amounts of pre cum after each session. I only have sex 1-3x a week with the girlfriend cause of distance issues, ‘but when I cum I still blow fat loads so it hasn’t effected my volume.

I like to do kegels when I pump up the tube, with each squeeze of the pump handle, I keel. I find this gives me a larger expansion at the same level of vacuum than if I simply pump up. Just in case you were wondering, yes, I do go into the rube hard.
