Just sent of for my pump an I'm wondering

Ive tried hanging, manual stretches, jelqing, power jelqing, the Penimaster and various squeezes with little results and so have not focused much on PE lately an have just been doing squeezes for the last couple of months. I’m worried i just cant gain, i started out with PE in July 2002 an was very optimistic an even though i struggled with gains I’ve tried to keep up my enthusiasm with each new method of PE that i try although its been getting tougher as i don’t seem to be succeeding. So now I’ve finally decided to get a pump and I’m wondering if i cant gain with the other methods is there much hope for me to gain by pumping, I’m gonna give it a try anyway as it doesn’t seem to be as time consuming as hanging and also from what I’ve gathered is more fun than most PE methods. What are peoples thoughts on pumping and gaining for someone who hasn’t gained much using different methods?




The key to any form of PE is perseverance. Pumping is no different in that respect. A benefit of it is that it takes less committed time and it feels good while you do it.

Follow the Pumping 101 guidelines so you condition your cock in a gradual way, then you can experiment with the more advanced techniques you read here.

Most of us get at least some gains through pumping, some get major gains; most of us have better erectile responses than we did before because of the long-term benefit to our penile vascular systems. The latter is in itself a super bennie.

Sorry you haven’t gotten the gains you want using all of the techniques you have. I got about half of all my gains mostly from pumping and then adding jelqing. As with all techniques, be informed, knowledgeable and stay committed to the process for the longhaul. I wish you well.

What was your max hanging wieght, and how many hours per day.If you’re not gaining, you should post your routine..

UlcasterDropout, i got up to around 27lbs and tried various angles hanging up to 6 hours some days but mostly i was hanging for around 3 hours a day for several months solid. I ended up stopping becuase i didnt have the time any longer and also i didnt like the darkening of the skin that developed on my undershaft below my bell end. I might try hanging again someday when i get more time but for now im keen to get started pumping.
