Just got my LA pump

Good quality pump, gauge and tube. Thanks A8 for the recommendation. It seals great and I can literally walk around with this thing on. I slowly worked up to about 10 HG with no discomfort. Wow, I wish my dick was really that big in the real world. Very impressive looking!

I am wondering something though. According to the site’s size recommendation I went with the 1 3/4” x 10”. Now this is my first time pumping and it looks pretty squashed in there at the base. I am going to post a pic this evening in the members section of my main thread and would like veteran comments on the tube size and if I’m ok for now.

It’s official, I am now a pumper too.

When you are squashed all the way up to the head, then you are fully packed. Then you must reduce pressure to continue pumping further, say for length gains, in order to avoid getting water blisters on the head.

Even though 10 in hg feels OK, it is what is happening at the cellular level that could be a problem. I think 6 is plenty with occasional excursions to 8. Trying to go too fast will only encourage lymph fluid build up and puffiness.

Most new guys to the pump experiment with the high pressure side of things and you can either experience for yourself the hassles this type of pumping creates or back off now and avoid the problems.

Congrats, pumpings very cool. I prefer it to hanging by far, even though I hope for length gains only, hopefully some will materialize. Good luck!

Stay with the 1.75 for now. Gprent’s definition of “packed” is the correct one.

You can pack the base, but until the length of the shaft is pressing the sides, that tube will still work well for you. Maybe even longer if your glans is not squooshed and cutting off upward pull.

Have fun. And above all, don’t tinker with high pressures you can’t tolerate yet.
