I have 2 questions,

I was following the advice of jelqing with the cylinder while pumping. I noticed that when you start your set with 5in HG and then slightly pull the cylinder away from your body the pressure increases up to 7in HG. Is this 7in for the duration of the pull too much?

I always get a big doughnut ring with my foreskin after a pumping session.
Today I didn’t jelq while in the cylinder and I didn’t get this doughnut effect. Would it be better if I left out this jelqing?

Jelqing in the tube is ok, but it increases pressure a lot, thus, if you start with a good pressure you end up with too much of it. High pressure is the cause of your doughnut ring, try with lower pressure and longer sessions, also try with warm water in the tube using your mouth for making a vacuum. You may also try to do some light jelq (with lube) when you see the foreskin swelling and more sessions afterword. A nice alternative is to wrap your skin (from under the glans to two inches under it) before pumping.

Just don’t pull so hard on the cylinder. If you start at 5 just go for 5.5 up and 4.5 down. One of the main things this is doing is keeping the blood moving down where the cylinder seals at the base and also helps prevent blood stagnation. You don’t need a lot of pressure fluctuation to accomplish this. Just try a lot of short fast strokes so the needle is bouncing up and down a bit.

P.S.

Never jelq the glans: it is very dangerous!

I do jelk between sets but it seems to increase the doughnut effect, not decrease it. Before I use lower pressure, I will first try what gprent said for a couple of times and see if I still get the swelling.

Actually, what I wanted to say is not a real jelq but sort of a fast and light masturbation-like movement onto the foreskin, it makes the fluids go away right away.

5point5,When you finish your pumping session,jelq from the Glans down to the base.I know this may sound counter-productive,but it will move that lymph fluid on it’s merry way in short order.I take about five jelq strokes from base to head as normal,then go from head to base about five strokes.It really helps me.Give it a try.

Try with diaphragm breath. It literally delete any fluid build up!
