Which one of these two techniques worked best for you, and gave you most gains? I mean, as an aditional exercise to pumping, of course (between pumping sets).

Between sets I think the idea is to massage the penis and increase bloodflow as opposed to having a “tough” workout.

Squeezes can be pretty tough if I remember correctly.

I just started pumping again, but what I personally do is jelq 20 minutes before I start pumping. This is considered the “tough” part of the workout for me.

After the 20 minutes with jelqing, I dry off and massage my penis to ensure good bloodflow. Then I pump. Afterwards a light good massage. If I feel like it I may take another set.

What do you think?

I’ve never jelqed more than 100 strokes before a pumping set (5 minutes). Tell me a bit more about that particular choice of yours, and its results. It sounds interesting!

I`m no expert and I don`t have any sound results to refer to yet. I know my girth has increased by jelqing alone, even though I have not measured lately.

For me, I`m using pumping to add to my current routine.

I`ve been jelqing every other day now for several months. Starting at 10 minutes and gradually increasing intensity and time to 20 minutes while maintaining good erectile quality.

I just recently added the pumping part.

That`s all there is to it.

It seems most guys here use pumping as their main workout and jelq inbetween to increase circulation and they have gotten good gains so you should perhaps not listen to me:)

Manual clamping and various kind of squeezes for 10 minutes between my 2 sets of pumping.

For me this combo is far more safer than clamping with cable clamps that now I consider very dangerous.

After the squeezes I do 5 minutes of flaccid jelq as a massage. I never had fortune with regular jelq.

Mark, did you report any gains from that particular technique, and were they lengthwise or girthwise?

as I said I think is a great technique and I consider pumping with exercises between sets safer than clamping in the girth department.

I PE 3 days on 1 day off and do pumping + squeezes only 2-3 times a week because it is very intense.

For example yesterday night I did only a light session consisting in 20 minutes of pumping + 10 minutes of flaccid jelq ( as I said before I have difficult to maintain even a partial erection during jelq ).

I started pumping in May this year and seems I have gained another 0.5” in lenght and another 0.3”-0.4” in girth.

I started almost 2 yeas ago at 4.3- 4.4” in girth and now I am at max at 5.5” in girth measured at morning wood.

Yes, I gained well with clamping, but double clamping and edging in the clamps caused me a bad discoloration starting 1” from the base that only now is fading.
