I am using a while now the bathmate hydromax extreme.. And have seen some gains..
But I wonder I read more often that is is very bad for your penis health ?

It is possible to go overboard on any kind of PE exercise. It is up to the exerciser to stay in control and not hurt himself. Moderation is the key to success.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
