Is there a pump specifically designed for girth?

Is there a pump specifically designed for girth?

I’ve joined the ranks of the pumpers, and while I do think I’m seeing some initial gains, I think I might be gaining a little bit of length, as well. Now, gaining a little length is not something I would be too upset about, but I’m completely focused on girth and if there’s a way I could isolate it completely, I would love to know. Do any of you know of a pump designed specifically for girth? Perhaps one that is shorter in length but thicker in circumference?

Going for 6 inches of girth, wish me luck.

I think that girth emphasis is simply about how much circumference there is, as long as there is room for expansion then there will be expansion.

There are “stage two” cylinders that accommodate the entire C&B package— can’t get any more expansion than that.

I agree, as long as you don’t pack the tube too soon, it’s ok for girth.

I’m sure that with time and dedication, you’ll soon have a 6” circumference.

I’m at 6.5” now, working for 7”, thanks to pumping, squeezes, energic jelqs !

Not really interested in having my balls pumped. As for packing the cylinder - right now my base is tough to get in my 2” tube, but there’s still room for my mid shaft. Can I assume that everything is fine as long as the sides of my dick aren’t touching tube?

And I’d love an 8” tube, does anyone know if any company makes them?

Lapdist.com makes 8” tubes, but I can’t imagine that your 9” is so cumbersome that it would justify the cost of an 8”.

And yes, as long as the sides of your cock are not touching the tube, you still have room to expand before packing. I suppose you could make your next tube order for an 8”X2.25” tube. What is your BPEL?

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

My BPEL is about 7.5-7.75, depending, and I believe I reach 8” in the cylinder, though it’s hard to tell. Getting in the pump isn’t exactly difficult, but it’s also not a cut and dry operation - there is some careful maneuvering and pushing things aside when I reach the base.

With your BPEL, you definitely don’t want to buy an 8” tube. There is no benefit in reaching the end of the tube and having no more space for length improvement.

Does this mean you believe length gains come from shorter, more intense sessions?

I think that higher vacuum levels may be needed for length for many guys (not all) but I think that most guys couldn’t tolerate the vacuum. I don’t necessarily believe the session should be “shorter” for length, but for many guys it needs to be a higher vacuum level.

That’s the limitation of the method of pumping in my opinion. The force needed for length gains may be out of usable reach for many guys. That’s why I think if you aren’t gaining length pumping, if you add jelquing, stretching or hanging it may be the extra “kick” needed to get length gains started.

What I love about pumping is its a very precise method. You can very specifically dial in force levels and reproduce it every time. I think for guys that have very sensitive dicks, it allows a precision that can allow you to hit the exact force level every time. The only other method that precise is hanging, but then you have to not use or change fulcrums, because that can multiply the force considerably.

What kind of force are we talking about here, Sparky?

I’ve done nothing but low-level forces since I got my pump - between 4-6, but the past two nights I’ve bumped it up to 6-10. At 10, the force starts to give me a pain in my right side, and I avoid anything more than minor, temporary pain in all of my PE. While I am at those levels, though, my dick definitely reaches lengths it never does at lighter pressures, so you may be right in your assessment.

I don’t advocate going above 5 in hg. Few have ever reported gains above that. If you don’t gain length at 5 in hg or below, then don’t try and go higher, just add stretching or jelquing before and between sets of pumping.

The increased length you see at high vacuum isn’t true gains, but its pushing the tube deeply into your stomach. I don’t recommend it.

For best girth gains, which is what I was originally commenting on, I think its BEST to keep it below 4 in hg, just add more time if your EQ can handle it. When your EQ can handle increased time, don’t make the mistake of increasing vacuum, just experiment with longer times. Also, I would try and not get edema too. If your EQ handles it, but you are getting a lot of edema, then back down the time until it stops happening, then try again to slowly increase.

In general, I think 15-20 minutes is a good ballpark for most guys, but longer is fine if there is no edema and EQ stays high. Then just determine if you can do it daily or need a day rest in between. I’m not sure but I think PEFOREAL does a total of about 1 hour, or 45 minutes, but I may be remembering that wrong.
