So i started pumping a week ago for the first time after doing the newbie routine for a while. I started with 5 minutes at 5hg the first day which felt like nothing then did a 5 min and 10 min sets the next day. Took two days off because of holiday commitments but was back at it the first. Have been increasing time in the pump by 5 mins each time. Last night i did two 20 min sessions at 5hg. So far i get no red dots no fluid build up except right at the very tip but it goes away within minutes with a light massage. All my pumping sessions start with a very long warm up, then 10 mins of stretching, 10 mins of jelqing and end with 5 mins of jelqing then massage and warm down. Last night was 40 mins in pump but 2 hrs total time as i edged for about 15 mins then came and went to bed.

My question is do the effects of pumping take many sessions to manifest or is my cock just really well conditioned for pumping? EQ is off the charts for me with lots of semis throughout the day and a full erection most mornings even though i have just cum late the night before. Usually for me if i have sex late or masturbate i wont get a morning erection but these pumping days i have been getting them anyway. Dick feels great. Do i keep upping it or am i setting myself up for a problem down the line?

It sounds to me like you are ramping it up too fast and I am surprised you haven’t seen some negative effects already from your enthusiasm.

I would say to stay at the level you are right now for at least a month and see if you can keep that up without any trouble.

Yes to be honest i have been expecting a few red dots at least or some fluid build up etc but nothing so i said fuck it lets stay in the tube a bit longer and thats how ive gotten up to where im at. Its addicting because it grows more and more over time in the tube even if i dont up the pressure lol. Im now packing the first 3 inches of the tube where the first day it was just the first inch or so. Thats when it hit me that it may not happen in one session like i was thinking but may fatigue over time. Will keep it there though as you recommend.

One question i had was about how long people typically stay in the tube per session to see gains? I feel like 5 or 10 mins for me isnt enough because for the first 5 mins or so my dick is about my normal size. After that it slowly starts filling the tube and inching upwards. By the end of the second 20 min session i was about half an inch longer then my normal bpel which i figure is where the growth happens.

I try for at least 15 but usually I do 20 or more in the pump to see results that last. As I got more conditioned I started to do clamped edging between sets but I have to be careful not to over do it in the clamp or I get fluid build up.

I like to stay in the tube without a break for 25 to 30 minutes to get that ½" length increase and after exiting the tube I put on an elastic cock ring (broccoli band) to enjoy my post pump size while I edge for 5 to 15 minutes. The result can last into the next day.

That sounds terrific will try that tonight! Also i see you list on there a post pump size of 7.25x6. Do you come out of the tube erect still? I know you use the band but i would figure that would keep it plump but not 100% hard to take a measurement. I ask because when i get out of the tube i have long since lost my erection and it jist hangs full. I then put porn on and get a full erection again is that when you measure?

What was your starting stats and do you mainly pump? Thanks for all your info i really appreciate it.

I watch porn while I pump, so I stay erect while I am pumping. Then I measure with the band on and fully erect. I also have liquid tadalafil in my system, so that helps for sure.

My starting stats long ago were 6X5 and pumping is my main PE exercise for size increase.

One other thing. I always pump with a 6X12 thermipaq heat pad wrapped around the tube.

Lol i was watching pirates of the Caribbean while i pumped last night. Frankly i dont think even watching porn i would stay erect without stroking it. I saw on your incremental thread you mentioned the liquid tadalafil as well so clearly you have been taking it for a long time. Will purchase this as well for the hell of it to use from time to time but i think i wouldn’t use it daily as it might give me false EQ readings. I also use the thermipaq as you had recommended that earlier. What are your current measurements before going in to pump?

What type of pump are you using? I find it hard to believe you’re experiencing a true 5 hG and not experiencing issues with so little conditioning.

Cheap pumps give inaccurate readings - I have a good one and a cheap one myself. 6 hG in the cheap pump and tube feels like 2 or 3 in the higher end setup.

I’ve been at pumping for a couple of months and still get spotting when shooting for 10 mins at 3 hG.

Its a leluv pump and cylinder. I dont know if its cheap or not im sure there are more expensive pumps but it seems pretty high quality. I just started pumping but i have been doing the newbie routine since nov 1st.

Depends on the initial intensity/time and frequency. Which then can be different for everyone.
I think any pause beyond 48h will probably not carry over much fatigue.

You should observe the impact and reaction. Start low and increase over time to find where your impact points and fatigue are.

I did the first incremental session last night. Spent 8 mins each on 3,4 and 5hg. Came out looking great and i tried to edge but wasnt really into it as i got some shitty news and my head wasnt into it. Woke up this morning to an erection that was about 8 out of 10 not 10 out of 10 like the previous days. Not sure if its cause i had a bad nights sleep or what but will take the day off anyways. I am thinking a 3 day on 1 day off 2 day on 1 day off schedule will be what i try for now and adjust as needed.

Good that you’re taking a day off. PE is physical for sure but there is certainly a mental component as well.

Well in the irony that is typical for me i decided i was going to take a day off right? Since i didn’t sleep well last night i took a nap this afternoon and woke up with a 11 out of 10 erection it had been a bit sore so i decided for sure i wouldnt pump but i thought at a minimum i should edge for a while and measure myself which i hadnt really done since i started PEing oct 31st. So i edged for about 10 minutes til i was about as hard as ive ever been and measured and wouldnt you know, i grew .25” in length and .19” in girth!

So me being the dumbass that i am i decided fuck it let me take a hot shower and at least do some manuals. Normally i stretch then jelq then pump but since i had a major erection i let is subside to like 85% and jelqed vigorously for 10 minutes then stretched vigorously for 15 and 5 mins under hot water to cool down. Dick was great even after hard stretching it didnt shrink like it often does just hung low but i didnt really check it out much. Came back home right now and i see now 10 to 15 little red dots on the tip. Now i had gotten them several times right when i first started PE just doing manuals but it had been a good month plus since i got any i thought i was over it from the manuals. So now tomorrow is shot for pumping most likely as usually it has taken me 24 hours or so for them to fully go away. Sitting in bed right now with a hot pack on it to see if help things along and get to pump tomorrow night. Well edging help it heal faster?
