Does that matter? Obviously with the same pressure and that.

I am a firm believer in one set of 30 minutes. I get great results at 4”hg and end no higher than 5”hg. What kind of pressure are you looking at?


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Well, I´m doing right now first 5 minutes at 3hg , rest at 4hg, 1 set 20 minutes.

I plan to do 30 minutes in a couple of weeks and that is why I start this thread.

I find long sets at low pressures < 5 inHg do nothing for me, except lead to fluid build up. I’m into high pressure cycling, with a hard cock - seems to produce the most gains with least fluid build up. My gains in girth had begun to stall, so I started to pump to pressures over 10 inHg. Made all the difference - girth started gaining again.

I always have been pumpin around 3-4hg because it is seems the safe range for pump without injuries, especially for newbies.
After months of constant routine (1on-1off) and adding minutes every week (I´m now 1 set of 20min), I can tell that now I´m growing, finally.

I hope you are a veteran pumping guy. That pressure just scare me. Please, be careful.

How do you guys not get excessive amounts of fluid buildup? I do almost every time and I have done this for years, although growth now is exceedingly slow.

There are a few variables when it comes to fluid build up. Pressure, cylinder size and duration of the sets. I do get fluid build up but wouldn’t consider it excessive. There was a time when I didn’t care about a donut or a spongy unit. Now I’ve fine tuned the pressure and duration so the build up is minimal.

Seems like using water is a good start. Apparently a smaller tube is ideal as well?

The larger the tube the greater the expansion can be. I haven’t pumped with water in the cylinder in many years.

Short duration (< 1 min) cycles up to high pressure achieve a good tunica stretch without much fluid build up. Should go into the tube hard though, and when the cycles of increasing pressure don’t achieve any more in-tube gain it means you’ve reached your peak or gone soft. So you need to take it out, get hard again, and start the cycles again. Can do several sets like this with little fluid build up, achieving an in-tube stretch that is 0.25 - 0.5 inches longer than your BPEL. I’ve been doing this for 2 months so far. Seems to lead to length gains more than girth gains.

10 min -> 2~3 min massage -> repeat until you want

I am doing now 2-3 * 20 min sets/day. I am going to 10-13hg these days. Those regular instructions staying at 3-5hg does absolutely nothing for me (I have two different gauges) so I quess this is pretty personal and how conditioned you are. During a 20 min set I lower the pressure to 0-5hg and jack off with the pump to get back fully erected (edging a bit) and then go back to 10-13hg depending on the feeling. I usually use a IR-lamp until it starts to feel too hot and turn it off and back on after some time. I do get fluid buildup (not sure if it is “too” much) but I love it. My unit is much larger in erection until maybe 1-3 ours after pumping and sex is totally different.

I have never tried 30 min sets but maybe I will someday and see what happens. I think you should not clamp over 20 min but not sure if that rule goes for pumping also.

Current: BPEL = 6.9 EG = 4.7 EGB = 4.9

Goal: BPEL = 7.5 EG = 5+
