Hey guys,

Another newbie here. I’ve been PE’ing for 8 months now. I’ve gained +.75” in length and +.5” in girth. I used to own a Bathmate but now my routine revolves around pumping.

I mainly joined because most of my Google queries on pumping usually led me here and it is quite clear that you guys have had members who have gained from pumping.

I was hoping to get my current routine critiqued here since I can’t post on the other sections yet.

My current routine is as follows:

Warm-up
Bundled Stretches for 4 mins each hand
Directional stretches

I have a 2” tube and 2.25” tube. I used to to just use the 2.25” tube for my last set but now I am gradually using just the 2.25” tube.

10 mins at 5Hg
6 mins of jelqing + squeezes
10 mins at 5Hg
6 mins of jelqing + squeezes
10 mins at 5Hg
6 mins of jelqing+ squeezes

5 mins of edging
2 mins testicle message
O ring behind scrotum

Hi Gottagetagrip,

Seems like a nicely rounded routine and your results speak for themselves. So, unless your routine is bringing diminishing results, why change it.

Personally, I think bundled stretches stand a chance of being dangerous, mostly to the nerves, but if anything the real world evidence seems to indicate that people do them safely all the time.

Your routine looks a bit like mine, but I may switch to do yours.

I’m currently doing:

Heat warm-up
10 minutes @ 5hg
Edge
10 minutes @ 5hg
Edge
10 minutes @ 5hg
Massage with heat
10-15 minutes Jelq
Squeezes
Warm down

I think I’ll try your jelq between sets to see if that works better.

Current: BPEL: ~ 6.75" MSEG: ~4.75" BG: 4.825" BPFSL: 7"

Initial Goal: NBPEL: 7" EG: 5" Long Term Goal: 7.5" x 5.25-5.50"

Excellent. Do let me know as this all just experimenting.

During my jelqs I also do squeezes, and when I get too hard to jelq I do Slow Squash Jelqs.

I do this routine 3 days on, one day off.

As of lately I wrap and wear an all day cock ring (snug, not tight) even after the above routine.

Did you make your gains exclusively through pumping?

I might switch to every other day or 2 on 1 off as my EQ usually gets finicky after the 3rd day.

I have been doing Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Going to try Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and let Sunday be a pump only day. Thanks for the routine suggestion (will be a good, but slight, modification to what I am doing now).

20 mins of dynamic pumping

10 Ulis, each held for 25 seconds each
10 Uli stretches for 25 seconds each
Edging for 10 mins, massage for 5

Side to side stretches for 100 reps

Critique anyone?
