Interval pumping
I’m only calling it this because I couldn’t think of a better name..
I’ve been trying short pump sessions (5-15 mins) but much more regularly, so that I don’t lose my short-term gains over the day. I do a pump every hour at medium pressure as much as I can. Usually 6-8 times a day. Often in the bathroom at my gf’s parent’s house!
In one month I’ve gained .25” in BPEL, but WAY more importantly for me.. .4” in girth! I take a day off a week and the gains seem to stay on that day so I’m really happy. My gf notices the difference too..
I’ve pumped for a while but when I started thus routine I hadn’t done any PE in 6 months.
Anybody tried anything similar?
