Important fact to be remembered about pumping

The other day, I was wondering how I would achieve any gains if I was only reach my NBPEL while pumping. Then it occurred to me that I should be focusing on the total volume while in the pump. I know that I can’t measure my girth while in the cylinder, but I believe it has increased while at my NBPEL, and has therefore increase volume. It is expanding. Anybody have thoughts on this?

Does you cylinder have a flange?

What is your girth and what size tube are you using?

Started: 7-01-05 BPEL 6.50 in NBP 6.00 EG 4.75 in Now: BPEL 7.5 in NBP 7.0 EG 5 inch (midshaft) Goal: Girth!!

At the base, yes it does.

At the present my EG varies between 5 3/8” and 5 7/16”. I’m going to give myself all the credit I can.

I don’t remember about the size for sure, but I think it’s a 2” tube.

Not sure I understand your situation. If you are talking about while still pumped inside the cylinder, your pumped NBPEL should be longer than your unpumped NBPEL. Mine is at least 3/4 inch longer, but it is hard to measure because the cylinder is tightly pressed against my fat pad. I know my in the cylinder pumped BPEL is 1.5 inches longer than my unpumped BPEL.

If you are packing your cylinder, your girth is a mathematical calculation - diameter x 3.14. If your cylinder is 2”, your girth is 6.28”. If you are not packing, your measurement will be less accurate. If you measure immediately after withdrawing from the cylinder the measurement should be only slightly less than when in the pumped cylinder. You could also make an estimate as to how much room you have between your shaft and the cylinder wall. IF it is about 1/4 inch, your shaft diameter is 1.75 and your girth is 1.75 x 3.14 or 5.5 inches and so fourth.

In any event, in my opinion, both length and diameter increase inside the vacuum pumped cylinder, mostly caused by fluid (blood and lymph) accumulation and build up. This engorgement will usually always dissipate over the next several hours and your penis will return to its “normal” size. It is possible; however, that PE exercises could precondition the cells in your penis to respond to the engorgement so that the cells respond over time to the engorgement the same way they react to exercising. In other words, there could be a symbiotic relationship between exercising and pumping. Pumping alone will do nothing but produce a nicely engorged penis for an hour or two, which both my wife and I enjoy while it lasts.
