I'm always getting negative PIs...what am I doing wrong?

Wow. Sparkyx, that is the best advice I’ve ever gotten on PE.

You must be incredibly in-tune with your body. I really do need to stop masturbating. I haven’t done it for four days so far, which is a long time for me. I’m going to try to quit masturbating altogether; I have a good sex life, so I don’t particularly need to do it anyway. I think I was/am addicted to porn.

As far as your advice though, it was incredibly helpful. It seems as though I was introducing a number of factors into my PE exercises which put an undue amount of stress on my penis. My penis is quite sensitive. There is a very fine line between overtraining and growth-inducing training, which I haven’t quite found.

Do you suggest pumping alone when I return? No stretches and no jelqs?

Again, thank you so much. I hope all overtrainers come across the body of your posts. It is a goldmine of information.

You’re welcome.

I suggest you pick ONE method for now, so you can eliminate as many VARIABLES as possible.

What I like about pumping is it is QUANTIFIABLE and reproducible. With pumping, you can get 3 in hg for 5 minutes each and every time EXACTLY. Jelquing and stretching, I think it takes a long time to be able to reproduce your force exactly every time.

You could use ANY method, but since you like pumping, and it is reproducible, I think it would be good for you to start with. For you, your first step is to find what RANGE of PE is good for you…you are still WAY over doing it.

I suspect you may be stretching too hard, or it could just be the sum of everything you are doing is too much.

As I posted, as you begin to get into positive EQ range and are able to keep it there (or at least close) then you can begin to expand your approach while STILL keeping in an excellent EQ level.

This is a thread you should read, Chrono is a great example of a sensitive PEer that is using a very precise approach with success.

Give it a read.
