If you gained from pumping what was your routine ?

I’ve been pumping for a couple of weeks now and have noticed better erections, better girth during sex and way higher sensitivity.

Any actual growth will be a bonus.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

You have already made some amazing gains. So yeah anything else from now is the cherry on top.

I have been pumping for about 6 months mainly using Mr Fantastic dynamic electric pumps. I have definitely gained girth from an MSEG of 5” to 5.5” and I reach 5.75” post pump. Lately I have been using the Mr Fantastic water pump with a silicone sleeve and a glans protector. I pump in the range 4 -16” for one session of 60 min 5 or 6 days a week. The pumping has certainly helped my EQ.

As far as length I am not so sure but think it might make a modest contribution. I am currently packing a 54 mm cylinder and do feel a stretch during pumping.

My last BEPL measurement was 6.8” which is my best to date. I got most of my length gains from extending but have recently also been doing golf weights ADS. I have plateaued (length wise) for some time and only recently felt I might be gaining again. I am about to try out Xeno’s cock coil concept when the lead arrives later thois week.

I am modifying my routine to add golf weight or Cock coil ADS immediately after warm up and extending to see if that compensates for me finding it difficult to do more than 4 hours extending and one hour pumping each day. Now I have finally acquired suitable hair tie wraps I can easily do 8 hour ADS sessions while I go about other activities.

And I’ve gained about .1” in length and girth, maybe more in girth, it’s hard for me to measure it but that’s about right and it feels noticeably thicker. So I’ve gone from 7.5x4.65 to about 7.6x4.8 BPEL and MSEG in about a month with this routine. It’s the only thing that gives me girth, which is all I really want at this point. Months of jelqing never did anything for me.

I’m thinking about adding 5 minutes of fulcrum stretches with monty’s weights at the beginning of the workout, 5 minute full erect, high pressure pump at the end, and maybe cutting the second manual girth session to 5 minutes. I was also thinking about switching back to 4x5 minutes pumping instead of 2x10 minutes, but that’s more trouble and time.

I do this MWF, without the rest I find girth training to be counterproductive.

I’ve been doing this for some time:

Without warm up I do this. I wrap just bellow my glans with a tape.

First session of pump:10 min at 10 Hg
Second session: 2 min pump at 10 Hg and I add to 15 Hg for more 8 minutes
Third session: 2 min pump at 10 Hg and I add to 15 Hg for more 8 minutes

Then I rest for 6 minutes while I do a massage in the testicles for about 3 minutes in each of my balls.

Forth session of pump: 5 minutes at 10 Hg in the balls.

Then I make one last massage for 1 minute in each of my balls again.

Symbol for mercury. A common measurement for pressure is how high of a column of mercury a certain ambient pressure can support. The column is measured in either inches or mm. Pump gauges are usually in inches of mercury. I think atmospheric pressure is something like 29.92 inches of mercury or something very close to that. The numbers on the pump gauge are subtracted from that number to give you the actual pressure inside the cylinder. So essentially they measure negative pressure/vacuum, not “pressure” as we usually refer to it as on this site.

I wonder what pressure the Bathmate creates. Any idea? When I get it pumped almostas much as it will go I don’t think I could tolerate much more.

I’ve found using the extreme of time rather than pressure made for permanent gains. That said, if you are growing stick with it.

How much time you usually do in your exercise with the penis pump? Do you use the extreme time method pump, can you explain your method?

So the pump provide two measures, one of then is a quickly increase that last few minutes or hours and the other is the long time gain (permanent). How many inches do you noticed in the permanent gain only with pump?

About the donut effect, it is normal this effect not appear anymore after some exercises, even without the tape bellow the glans. The last week I did make the pump without the tape and the donut effect don´t appeared.

I’ve used this routine for years now. The biggest growth spurt came in a year when I grew an inch in length. Since then I’ve added another inch not pumping as frequently.

I use lots of time and heat both of which I think are crucial for length gains. In short, low pressure, heat and time is my method. I found the donut effect went away with low pressure and ensuring I was erect while under pressure.

It took a while to condition myself to pumping 2-3 hours every other day. It’s NOT something you can jump right into. I do 10-15 minute sets with at least 5-10 minute breaks edging to make sure I’m rock hard for the next set.

So far I’ve gained two inches in nearly ten years. I should note that there have been periods of over a year when I didn’t do any form of PE. If you stay consistent gains should come with less time than it took me.

By pumping 2 or 3 h a day you show great dedication that not everybody may have or want.

When you say 2 or 3 h, does that include you edging breaks?

I don’t think everybody is able to stay erect for 3 h though.

Did you first use a thinner cylinder and now that you aim for girth a thicker one?

Did you just edge and pump during your first year? And later?

And what was you previous PE experience before pumping.

Sorry if I’m repeating any question.

When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

I didn’t get into pumping until around my second year of PE. I wasn’t gaining so I thought I’d try something new. I did the newbie routine for starters.

When I was marathon pumping it was every other day. Yes, the 2-3 hours included edging. I’m using the same cylinder I’ve always used it’s 11x2.25. When I first started the only way to pack it was with lymph fluid.

I agree with titeliest that a pump is great for length in theory it makes the best sence possible
