Hi Guys.

I have decided that I want to pump as my main form of PE.
So I would like some advice on what type of pump to buy and where to buy it.
I tried pumping before which I really found useful but the pump broke because it was a cheap model.

So I am really looking for a good quality pump and a really good routine.
I was thinking of starting off with 5hg for 30 minutes a day 5 days a week.

Too much? Too little?
Any advice would be severely appreciated.
I want to get back into the PE game.

I bought my pump from Excellent service, Quality parts, arrived in about 4 business days or less. I got the pump with the red handles, all for 67 bucks with the tube. Now, they are plastic tubes, but high quality. I recommend this pump because same as myself, you are new. Check it out.

As far as your routine in mind, that is a little too much. You would eventually figure it out. The most time spent in the tube was 2-20 minute intervals at about 5-6 hg. That ended up being a little much because i got the donut effect. I also tried going up to 10+ hg just to see what it felt like. It’s an experience but nothing you want to play around with for more than a few seconds. I think, from my own experience, 2- 10 minute sessions at <5 hg would be plently. That is pretty much what I am doing. Once you do that you could see for yourself whether or not you can possibly go for 2- 15 minute sessions. Its all up to experience. You will find what is best for you.

Also, I wouldnt do 5 days a week to start with. I would do maybe every other day or 2 days on 1 day off. Give your unit some time to heal. You will notice your head is sore after a while. I notice after pumping and then later that day or the next, BJ’s kind of hurt, due to the sensitivity. You’ll figure it out. Hope I was able to shed some light on the subject. Good luck.

Buy package P134 from picturebrite. It has the quality pump you want and a 2” cylinder that is the right size for you.

You are starting off too fast with your proposed routine. You have to condition yourself to pumping so use the Pumping101 guidelines. I would restrict myself to just 4”hg and slowly increase your pump set times as you gain experience per Pumping101.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Second gprent. Start with lower vacuum and shorter duration, and work your way up, paying attention to your PIs and EQ.
