I think I am gonna abandon pumping

For a little while. I seem to get lymph buildup very easy from pumping no matter the hg (3-3.5) this combined with clamping really gets the lymph going after a workout. I noticed if I skip the pumping I go 4*10 clamping without to much buildup. If I include the pumping I can barely get to 3 before I have to tap out because of excessive buildup. I think I am going to skip the pumping for some time and just increase the clamping sets. Jelqing in between sets for 5 minutes keeps it under some control but not enough. The lymph buildup depresses me because it doesn’t stick around LOL

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

3 sets of 10 minutes at 3-3.5 hg and I have been doing it since 2003-04 or so. I also clamp in between sets. I just started clamping maybe 1.5-2 yrs ago and notices way more girth gains from that than pumping.

I’m wondering what would happen if you broke out your pumping and your clamping from each other; did them on different days. If you pumped one day and clamped another (with rest days in there as needed), I would suggest that you substitute jelqing for clamping in between your pumping sets. I think the jelqing between pumping sets helps with the lymph buildup.

Something that I do in a ten minute pumping set is to take the vacuum down to zero for thirty seconds halfway through, at the five minute mark. Then I pump back up for the remaining five minutes of that set.

That aside, go with what works for you. Pumping and clamping work on your penis in different ways.

I know everyone is different but I’m surprised you get fluid build up at 3 HG crap i’m lucky to stay hard in the tube at 3HG sometimes. But I agree you might be stressing yourself with doing clamping and pumping in the same routine on a day. You might want to spread it out and take breaks. My problem is that I take too many breaks :)

I find that I get the same expansion @ 3.5” that I do @ 5”. I started doing manual clamping for only 1 minute between sets and noticed that it causes a lot more fluid buildup on my next set. Might want to separate the two. I am sensitive to pressure also it seems. Why not try pumping at a lower “hg for a few weeks to get your unit accustom. I used a size smaller tube and found that the packing the tube help me get accustom to pumping. I noticed that on my other tube that when I am just “floating” in the tube that 3.5” feels like a lot more than when packing.

I dont get any lymph fluid from pumping any longer. I stay in the pump for 15 minutes x 3 @ 4-5hg too. Have you tried using a silicone sleeve or a HTW while pumping? Many have found great success with this method in reducing/stopping lymph build up.

Is there a downside to lymph build up? I definitly get the donut effect after pumping. I do 5hg for 20 minutes, when I wake up and when I go to sleep. I always get buildup but it goes away.

I don’t know whether you are circumcised or intact, but some credit the donut effect with helping them develop more loose shaft skin, and ultimately a trend toward increased foreskin.

This is true for me, and I’m happy with those additional results.

I’ve tried that also during my PE career also thing is with pumping I have one hell of a hard time staying hard in that cylinder without being able to touch my dick. This frustrates me to no end and I think this also helps with the buildup. Others are also right pretty much anything below 3.5 hg and I will have an even harder time concentrating on staying hard in the tube

I find that wearing my silicon sheath from TheGRIP works good for pumping if you want to go to higher pressures and stop fluid buildup. I guess it’s sort of like condom pumping.
