Yes of course that to use the first cylinder will have to have minimum 7 “in the base, but there is so much to do …. :(

I think that for 1 or 2 months I will buy a 9x2 thickwall.uk starter kit.
When I have it I guess I’ll incorporate it into my routine in support mode little by little because I never want to stop doing jelqs.
