I have one question

I have one question

I am a long time pump user but new to the forum . I first started pumping over twenty years ago and when I purchased my first pump it came with a manual which warned against putting your penis in the tube erect . It said that you could do serious damage to the tissue , so now as I’m reading through posts here I’ve noticed that most of the users put there penis in erect . When I first started there were a few times that I became erect as I was putting the tube on , and when I pumped up it hurt like hell ! I mean a thousand pins stabbing my goods ! So I took the manuals advice to heart and made sure I started my sessions flaccid from then on . This might also explain the low pressures I read about , most of you are guys pumping to between 5 - 10 Hg/in . When I first started I pumped to about 10 and eventually worked up to between 15 - 17 Hg/in . The only problems I’ve had using that much pressure is adema in the tissue just below the head and some discoloration ( what I call the “hickey effect” ) .

My problem and the reason I’ve come to the forum is that I’ve hit a plateau and have been there for some time . I’ve already added to my routine a warm up with a hot washcloth , I’m now heating my tube with a heating pad ( but I don’t think it’s warm enough ) and I’m jelqing after I come out of the tube .

I’m wondering though if I should try entering the tube hard and drop the pressure back and see if I get any results from that ? Thanks to all for any input . K ‘

What you are describing, to me, sounds like you’ve hit the point of diminished or no returns for your effort. Your penis is completely conditioned to high pressure use. I was at a similar place before and low pressure at this point will probably feel like nothing to you.

But, if pumping is what you want to do…stop it. Stop pumping for some months. When I hit my pumping plateau I was hitting 13hg, which is about the limit of what my pump would reliably output and it wasn’t really taxing me anymore. So I dropped pe for some months and when I came back to it didn’t pump for a month or more on top of that.

When I did get back to pumping after say 5 months of not doing it, I couldn’t handle high pressure anymore. Low pressure was giving me a good workout and I keep pressures even now from 1.5 to 5HG. I just go longer duration.

So I would recommend a break, as you aren’t likely to see more gains from pumping if you’re plateaued. Then come back to it after a while. In the mean time, after you’ve taken a break from all PE, try some manuals. Just give some other areas of PE a chance until you’re ready to pump again.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith. Also Fitness helps too.

Did you tried any other exercise besides jelqing and pumping?

I plateaued after pumping for two twenty minute sessions ar 5 hg , twice a day. I started to gain again when I added a 45 minute session once a week at 4 hg.

In addition to heating up the tube, you should continue adding hear throughout your session.

Very interesting post mate.I will follow your advice also and have a break from pumping and come back at a lower HG.Ive always pumped at a high HG I would say in the range of 12-15hg due to a faulty guage.The guage was reading 5hg but that certainly wasn’t the case.Being new to pumping I had no idea it was so far off until I got a new guage.Now I pump at 5hg and feels like its doing nothing and a waste of time so I usually pump at 8hg-10hg for 20 mins.

I spent a bunch of money on tubes and an electric pump, so I was hesitant to just let them sit. Honestly, I just gave up on pumping entirely. But, 5 months later after I got frustrated with what I was doing I went back to pumping and used low pressures like Dave at Pumptoys had advised me and it was showing progress. I just increased my durations much more. I pump to 90 minutes total or maybe 120 minutes. I break it up or I don’t, depends on what I’m doing and how I feel. But the pump feels like it is doing work and at low pressures. It just took a while for the penis to decondition. That is the lamest part.

PE would go smoother if we weren’t so stubborn. But, I learned how to just relax and take a long break. Has some utility, especially with high pressure pumping issues.

I believe using the Bathmate for about a year at high pressure got me somewhat conditioned. Wish I would have found TP before I found the Bathmate.

My typical routine is 2 on 1 off. I usually pump for 120 min incorporating 30 min sets. I’m staying around 4 hg for a majority of the time. Every 10 min I’ll increase from 7 hg to 10 hg and hold it there for 15 sec. Seems to give me great expansion without much edema. I always jelq for 10-15 min after every pump session.

Goal for 2018 is 8" BPEL x 5 1/4" MEG! PE'ing Just Over a Year and Going for 8x6
