PE may not be good for you in that it focusses your mind on your dick, and makes you keep that focus even when you are getting intimate with your gf. PE means Penis Enhancement, for many people it also carries the implicit notion that it is not sufficiently good in its present condition - “why else does he try to make it bigger?”, the mind thinks. That kind of thinking hurts the lovemaking machinery, it literally haunts you into the bedroom if you don’t watch out. If you are able to see through this mechanism you can actively break it.

On the other hand. with the right mind-set PE can be helpful to enhance physical aspects of the penile functioning; to reinforce the hydraulic plumbing, to fine-tune the programming of autonomous sensor systems, etc. Exercises like kegels can be very effective for erection quality and endurance, very low risk of injury if any. Careful jelqing can also be helpful if you avoid high erection levels and pressure against the dorsal nerve. Edging-ballooning helps maintaining a high yet controlled level of pleasure for longer, here the risks are higher but can be controlled with careful training practices.

All this can be very helpful and fun when making love but I think you really must understand how to control your mind to begin with, IMHO.

I’m hanging 9 to 11 pounds and use an ADS daily. My girth has kind of come long for the ride but I’ve just about met my length goals so now I’m adding some clamping for girth and hope my length continues.

I think you should abandon this practice. Super tight cock rings hurt your veins and cut off blood flow. Your cock function is all about max blood flow. Cock rings should only be slightly smaller then your actual size or just tight enough to work effectively.

My routine is actually 45 minutes every day without ever coming out of the tube, but with a lot of buts.

Every 5 minutes I reduce the pressure to .5-1.0”hg for about 30 seconds. Even though I pump to up to 5 or even 6”hg, I never hold that pressure very long. I let it naturally bleed off down to 3 or 4 and then go back up. Constantly fluctuating the pressure is very good.

I keep the tube pretty much constantly moving and that seems to help prevent any discoloration and fluid build up. You can milk the tube at high pressure. You just need very short light strokes, enough to move the pressure needle about 1”hg or less. Just pulling up on the tube so it is not pressed so tight against your crotch is also good. I also rock the tube back and forth which keeps the pressure of the tube variable where it seats at the base. All of this tube movement ensures blood flow is not cut off where the tube seals at the base.

So, keeping the tube moving and using a variable pressure, with a pressure relief every 5 minutes is the secret to longer times in the tube.

As BG mentioned, other techniques I always use are wrapping the tube in an electric heat pad and holding a vibrator against the tube.

I don’t think you should pump while wearing a cock ring, but at the end of your set, put one on that is not so tight :) and do an erect massage for at least 5 minutes.

One thing is for sure. The best way to pump is not just sit there and do nothing.

I have never really tried to hang. I have only hanged with 3lb. Not more.
I must say that it feels dangerous to hang. It feels like it is very easy to hurt one self
if not the equipment is very good.

When I pumped with a cockring on, that was a one time thing. I have never tried it before.

I think it would be more effective to pump for like 15 minutes and jelq for 5 and repeat this 2 or 3 times. But whenever pumping, instead of trying to hold a steady pressure, cycle the pressure up and down slowly.

I think it is a good idea to always end with an erect massage.

Today I did this:
5 min ricesock
15 min pumping at 5hg, milking all the time
5 min massage
15 min pumping at 5hg, milking all the time
5 min massage

when I milk the tube the pressure goes up to 6hg then down to 4hg on every stroke.

I was at least 90% hard in the tube all of the time. At the end of both sessions I was at least 95% hard. I felt very different from just pumping when I’m flacid in the cylinder. The dick looks just as big but it feels much harder on the dick when I milk.

I did the same program today. 2x15 min pumping and milking the tube all the time.

today it went even better! I was almost 100% hard in the tube at least 95% of the time.

I get pretty much fluidbuildup in the skin from this program. is that ok?

It was easier for me today to get a hard erection. that is new for me. It is always the

other way. second day of PE and it is usually harder to get hard.

It will be very exiting to see where this will end :)

If you like girth and overdoing, try pumping in a 3” diameter tube, morning afternoon and evening in warm water at a pressure which does not pull your dick to more than your current lenght. Do up to 9, 20 minute sessions for a total 180 minute pumping and jelq between sessions: you’ll increase your girth, man!

gprent, when you milk the tube and pump at 4hg in pressure, how high pressure do you
reach when milking? Right now I pump at 5h and reach at most 7hg on a milk stroke. Usually
I reach about 6hg at a milkstroke.

As you see the swelling starts, you stop and jelq for five minutes, and start again: fluid cannot buildup.

I am addressing your soft erections issue. You mentioned above that you train both cardio and weights 6 times per week.
As a (somehow experienced) weightlifter I am advising you not to do more than 3-4 days per week weights exercises. I used to train 6 days per week but this led to overtraining very easily.

Overtraining has some bad effects like depression, always tired, bad sleeping, soft erections and premature ejaculation.

I recommend you focus on the multi joint exercises (Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Pullups, Barbell Rows, etc..) which will make you produce more testorone naturally.

Also the cardio I would recommend 3 times per week for 30 mins, not more.
