I finally did it, I'm joining the pumpers

No, I found that one session per day, with maybe one day off was yielding the best results. When jelqing, I always done every other to every third day, but pumping once per day for 20 minutes or so has given me the greatest results. If I could curb my appetite for experimentation, I would stay on the golden road, so to speak.

I have seen great things from pumping!

That is interesting — I have dropped back from 45 or 30 minutes sessions to 20 minute sessions recently. 20 seems to be working pretty well for me. Looking back, 45 was really not a good idea.

As far as my routine goes, if you are looking at anything I said that is older then 3 or 4 weeks, it has changed. One thing that does remain constant is the pressure I use and I keep that at 4”hg.

Up until about 2 weeks ago, I was doing 4 sets of 15 minutes and just going for huge expansion, but still donut free. I like to pump with an erection and I think that keeps the donut in check. I was doing this pretty much everyday for several weeks, but then recently had to take a 1 week break. The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I have the hardest time in the world with getting erect to pump. I don’t use porn and have no desire to. I pump around 50% and occasionally stroke the tube for blood flow. I did try something wild the other day. I put a cock ring behind my glans and one just above the base and got some serious mid-shaft expansion.

Pre -warmed for 3 minutes in a hot soak and pumped at 4hg for 15 minutes last night. My dick was so hard this morning that it was actually painful. My wife said that my dick is noticeably different, the skin is tight and that my cock is thick and very hard.

I seem to get much better expansion with relaxing the tissue for 3 minutes or so and stimulating blood with the soak before pumping. I have pumped with and without a pre-warm and much prefer the pre-warm.

I tried two 15 minute sessions last night for the first time and this morning my flaccid girth was bigger than my erect girth by a 1/4”. Also had great EQ this morning. I keep the pump at 4-5hg for most of the session, however I’ve been taking it up to 7hg for about 1 minute to get a bit more length. Doesn’t seem to affect me much at all. I haven’t even come close to seeing a donut below the glans. I don’t really like the feeling of 7hg, so I doubt I’ll be pushing myself there.

I tend to jelq for 5-10 minutes pre pump because I always see more length in the tube compared to not jelqing beforehand. I used to go 30-40 minutes but then got delayed for 2 weeks so now I’m reconditioning.

I thought I would have been able to just hop back in with the same time but it produced spotting so I’m doing 5-10 minutes jelqing then 15-20 minutes in the tube staying around 2-4 Hg. I kegel a lot in the tube and my glans have gotten ridiculously huge from pumping and jelqing. I don’t really need the high pressure because I’m always really hard in the tube. Watching porn and pumping gets me even bigger in the tube.

Well, against my better judgement, I am at it again. I am going to experiment with base girth focused pumping. I’m going to attempt focused expansion at my base by tightly wrapping from about 2” up from the base to the tip of my glans and do my normal 15 or so at 4hg.

I have a very symmetrically girthy shaped penis. I would love to get my base girth just slightly thicker than the rest. I know that base girth is typically the first gain area anyway, but I simply have an inquisitive mind.

I would have made a great lab rat!

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

I’m using a medical wrap that is just slightly adhesive and re-usable. It is almost like a thin ace bandage wrap. I’m wanting to see if by restricting expansion, not negating but restricting, in the upper 2/3 of the shaft will bring on a more expansion in the lower 1/3. I’ll keep you in the loop and we’ll see what happens,eh!

How would you feel if, instead of restricting expansion, you wound up with more growth where you are wrapping?

I’m just thinking about condom pumping, where one theory is that the surface countertension discourages shallow expansion but actually encourages deeper expansion and growth. Those who have done condom pumping, which is generally the whole penis, do not do so because they want to restrict growth. The goal is to get deeper expansion, rather than expansion (and fluids) near the surface.

It’s just a thought. This might not happen. I just thought I would ask to get you thinking about that possibility.

Funny you wrote this Lamp. I was going to write the same exact thing because I thought of this: Strain ellipse mechanics adjacent to clamps, but I was too lazy at the time.
