Nice update Richard - I will be following this thread so please do post frequently :)

I am at work today. I opted to take the day off from the ADS just for a change up, which I do occasionally, to keep the body from attenuating. I am, however, anxiously awaiting my pumping session tonight.

You should feel a nice pull, but it shouldn’t hurt or ache or anything like that. Maybe back off on the pressure? This is just me, but if I pump at 5HG I get negative PI’s. So I stay between 3.0 and 4HG. I think when I started I stayed between 2.5 and 3.0.

Yes, thanks. I have read that quote in my pre-pump research and have taken note of it. I do feel a nice pull on my unit. The discomfort comes from the excess skin at the underside of my base (slight peno-scrotal web) in the tube as we discussed earlier. I have ordered a 1.75” tube to see if it may eliminate some of that for the time being.

Right now, my PI’s are great. My EQ is super and my penile health is an overall A+. I spend my tube time at variable pressures ranging from 3-5hg. I will pump slowly to 3hg, sit in the tube a bit then up slowly to 5hg, relieve to 3-4hg, then back and this “set” method seems to be doing very well for me. I am happy as I am seeing change in my unit that I have not seen in a long while, so I’m excited to see where it leads me. The change is definitely not lymphatic; it is definitely deeper tissue.

As always, I do so greatly appreciate your input and help. By the way, my wife just told me like 5 minutes ago over the phone that the pumping sessions turn her on in a major way! Ah, yet another added bonus of pumping!

Well, being the inquisitive gentleman that I am, I (carefully) conducted an experiment last night to quench my analytical thirst. I deviated from my normal 3-5hg for 10 minutes and experimented with 3-7hg to see what effect, if any, it would have on me. This is what I tried:

1. Started at 3hg, in the tube around 70% erect
2. Stayed between 3-5hg for the first 5 minutes
3. After 5 minutes I would slowly cycle up to 7 hg, hold for twenty seconds and then relieve back down to 4hg for 40 seconds

This routine lasted for 10 minutes total.

I noted the difference of expansion, especially the glans, in the tube from 5-7 hg;however, 7 hg is markedly less comfortable than 5hg(duh). After leaving the tube, I did not see the results that I did from 3-5hg. I did not have the fullness that I experience with the lower vacuum pumping. I had sex within an hour of my session, and though my EQ was okay and performance was good, it wasn’t the same experience. It was not as rigid and plump (not lymphatic plump, as I do not build alot of subcutaneous water from pumping).

My morning wood was not as strong as it has been over the past week. My penis is still very warm to the touch, indicating that my circulation is still vastly improved from normal, but I am not hanging as full and long today as I have the past week. I have more of a tendency to turtle this am.

My knowledge gained from this was:

1. My optimal range for the best physiological indicators (+PI) is 3-5hg
2. The greatest change that I have seen in my overall penile health is my circulation is 100% better since I have started incorporating pumping into my PE routine. (I smoked cigarettes for 27 years)
3. “Sensible” pumping is somewhat addictive and is like scratching lottery tickets, you can’t wait to see what you reveal when it’s over.

Starting Monday, I will be moving to a 15 minute session at 3-5hg, once per day. My penis continues to show good PI’s with the 3-5hg range pumping and I have seen some great signs. Signs similar to those I seen back in 2005, when I made my early gains. I ordered the 1.75” Jim Diamond and it should be here next week. I received an email and should receive my new ANS around the same time.

I am anxiously awaiting both and will wear the ANS during the day for the first 2 days to see how it will work out ie; glans circulation, watching for blisters, etc. If it works well then I will incorporate it for sleep time at light stretch to heal in an elongated state!

Yes, you definitely need privacy! I have five kids so I pump when they are all in bed in the PM. My wife, on the other hand, is turned on by my pumping and likes to watch.

Just got through for the night. I lied, I started a day early on the increase:

1. Pre warm soak 5 minutes (water tempered just tolerable)

2. 15 minutes jelq (firm grip,wet, 2-3 second tempo, pressure up every 20th)

3. 15 minutes in the tube at 3-4in Hg (stopped the jelq session pre 20 minute mark because it felt like I had done sufficient work)

4. Massage for 3-5 minutes (did not take the usual 3 minute warm down soak)

I remain warm and plump. I wore my ADS today in the am for 6 hours (breaks every 2 to massage and pee)
And all looks good.

Pumped this morning 15 minutes at 3-4 Hg. Walked around the house with semi-erect penis for the next 2 hours. My wife finally said “by the way, don’t think that I haven’t noticed that thing running down your pant leg”!

It’s early yet, but I think I’m digging the pumping. My other tube should be here by Wednesday or Thursday. I’m waiting like a kid waiting for Santa!

Because of the slight peno-scrotal web, it pulls the skin into the cylinder which causes the base of the cylinder to really push down on my balls. I used to get the same thing when I pumped. One thing I did that worked, was to keep the scrotal area fairly dry, place the cylinder over my semi-hard unit at a 90* angle (straight out), and pull some extra scrotal skin out from the edge of the cylinder at the contact point of my ballsack before rotating on the final seal and starting to pump. If you can keep that 90* angle and/or the ballsack dry, it will go a long way to prevent ballsuck.
