How's this pump routine?

There are many more experienced pumper’s in here so I figured I would ask for some advise. I have been PEing for several months and pumping for 3 months now. I see very little if any gains in length but post pump I am much thicker.

5 min—Stretch and warm up

10 min—in tube 4-5 in vac (fully erect first)

100 jeleqs (2-4 sec each)

10 min—in tube 4-5 in vac

100 jeleqs (2-4 sec each)

10 min—in tube 4-5 in vac

100 jeleqs (2-4 sec each)

10 min—in tube 4-5 in vac

5 min cool down and stretch

I do it at least 5 days a week. Occasionally I will just pump for 30min at varying pressure from 4-8 in of vac releasing to 0-1 in of vac every 5-6 min for 30 sec.

My erect measurements to start are 7 inches in length and 4 1/2 inches in girth pre-pump. And after pump I see no length gain but I usually measure 5 1/4- 5 1/2 inches in girth.

All input is appreciated.

For someone at this for 3 mos, that is not too strenuous a routine. If you are used to them, spend a little more time at manual stretches in the beginning of your PE session, every direction. Don’t hurt yourself, but you should feel the lig pull when you do this.

An initial warm wrap is important, if that’s what you meant by “warm up.”

I’ve noticed that when I pump with warm/hot water in the tube the sensations seem to be much more intense at the same point of vacuum then they are without the water. Is this normal? I like to vary the routine sometimes and I’ve found that pumping with water in the tube is a good way to do this.

Any other suggestions?

I have noticed that if I stay in the tube too long with the water I get a large “dough nut” but the rest of my dick also is much more pumped which is what we want isn’t it? How do I avoid the “dough nut” syndrome?

You’ve answered your own question. Don’t stay in the tube so long. BTW, each time you create a doughnut, you weaken the tissue at the doughnut site and make a doughnut more likely to occur in the future.

I’m not a water pumper so can’t help you much. One of our members remarked that blisters are much more likely when pumping in water than when not. These are very painful and take a good deal of time to heal.

I hope water pumpers will comment further.

I can confirm that blisters occur more easily when water pumping, because that’s what happened to me. The blister occurred on the glans, about half the size of a dime. It took over 2 weeks to heal, and was sensitive for ten days after that. I now pump without water, with greater pressure than I was using when the blister occurred, and I have been trouble free. So I’m assuming that the water contributed to the injury.
