How to successfully introduce pumping?

I had just a small amount of girth gains in my experience with manuals, mostly jelq.

Recently I tried to introduce some more advanced stuff like ULI3 and Sadsak Head exercise and they were working better than just stretch and jelq, giving me a 0.1 more in a couple months. Unfortunately I had to stop my routine for personal reasons and I have been doing AM2 since then (3/5 times a week),waiting to come back to a more intense routine.

EQ is great but girth is back at 4.6 so I decided to introduce some fresh stuff in my work, and I bought a pump that will arrive next week.

I know that just pumping probably isn’t enough for real tissue growth and it’s better to combine it with other exercises.

What is a smart way to introduce pumping in a girth oriented routine?

Pumping experts, your advices here would be trutly appreciated.


Starting size: 6.7 x 4.4

Current size: 7.25 x 4.6

First goal: 7.5 x 5.0 Mid term Goal: 8 x 5.25 Long term goal: 8.5 x 5.5+

Start slowly and use constant heat. Try one set of 5 minutes. Proceed with caution from there.

Pumping is what gave me excellent length increases.

What brand of pump did you buy? Hope it has a pressure gauge.

Of course. I bought a 9x1.75 from thickwall.

I was looking for a Leluv but they don’t ship in my country.

Yeah but I noticed a lot of different theories since the start of that thread about pressure, time and sets.
That’s pretty confusing for a pumping newbie.
I’m probably gonna give a shot to the schedule Avocet wrote in the first page.
