A good portion of my scrotum gets pulled inside until the balls are tight against the tube flare. It didn’t really bother me, but today I’ve noticed that those blood vessels and/or sperm ducts in my scrotum seem to be thicker and somehow bundled… there is no pain whatsoever and no funny spots either, still I am wondering if using a ball stretcher wouldn’t be a wise idea, just to stay on the safe side. Does anybody know what I’m talking about? What do you do to keep your sack from going in? Thanks.

I know exactly what you’re talking about. I think that anyone who pumps is going to end up with some scrotum in the tube unless you use a tube the same diameter as the base of your dick, but I’m not sure about that. I use a 2”dia. tube for girth. You need that room in the tube to allow girth expansion and I don’t see any way to completely isolate the scrotum. On the other hand, if you are pumping for length gains you should use a smaller diameter tube so you can only expand and stretch in a longitudinal direction. Having part of my sack in the tube has also helped with stretching it out so my balls hang a little lower. Myself, I wouldn’t use a ball stretcher because as the scrotum draws into the tube you could put youself into a situation where you could pinch a vein or sperm tube and injure yourself. That’s just my thought, someone else may have experience with using a ball stretcher while pumping. If you do try it pay attention and proceed with caution.

I’m using a cheap pump with a latex sleeve that forms a pretty tight seal around my cock, so the cock ring might not work if you’re using a tube that’s flared at the bottom. But, the little rings are inexpensive, so it might be worth a try.

The answer is to learn to push your testies up into the stomach cavity,then they cannot get between the pub.bone and tube end to get sucked in . You scrotum [with nothing in it ]can then also get sucked into the tube without worry.

I start out in 1 3/4 x 8” cylinder…seems like it and my body have established synergy….only very, very rarely do I suck a nut up into cylinder.
When I ramp up to 2 x 9” cylinder my nuts may pop up into cylinder. I can minimize this by pulling down on my nuts as I’m pulling vacuum up. I’ll stll pop a nut up and I just start over….I may have to do that a couple of times but cylinder is finally attached to pubes.

I use the same method as oreon. Use a smaller tube for initial warm up session then when you have a good pump get into the bigger tube. Doesn’t work 100% but helps quite a bit.

Get a different kind of pump, or order a “silicone donut” of ebay. Thats how I got round it. Pumping works but you have to mess around with it until you get it right. I use an infrared lamp to relax collagen and condoms to reduce the pressure on the outer part of my nob. (To try and get uniform pressure).

I use a hair tie like what is shown in this thread.HTW: its a wrap. It works very well. I just wrap it around my nuts a couple of times and I’m good to go. Just remember at the end of each pumping session, you need to remove it and get some fresh blood to the balls as well as the penis.
