Homemade Tubes?

Fabyo, just an idea, but if you could find a metal funnel, you could heat the tube and then press it down on the metal funnel while the plastic was still soft and deformable. Otherwise, some kind of cone shape would work. An inverted funnel is what came more readily to mind for that.

And yes, PlastiDip would probably be a good idea after that.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

I put electrical tape around the base on mine, and it works fine.

Someone mentioned paintball tubes earlier and it works great. I found the Viewloader tube at Myers. Its about 10” long and 2 1/2” around. Other materials I used to make the pump were aquarium hose, electric tape, bike inter tube, and a tube of Loctite clear silicone. The Loctite comes with an applicator that I cut down to use as a connector for the hose. Also my Dremel tool came in handy.

First I cut about an inch off the bottom of the Viewloader tube because there is a cap that is attached. Then I sanded down the edge to make it a little smoother. Next I drilled a small hole into the top of the tube. That is where the Loctite applicator came in handy because its tapered. I cut the applicator down to about an inch and a half and inserted it through the hole with a long screw driver till it fit snug. Next I cut a length of hose that’s about 2 ft long and attached it to the connector. While doing that once again the screw driver was used to keep pressure on the connector from the inside to keep it snug. Then I cut a piece of inter tube off that is about 4” and cut it open to make a square. On my second attempt I doubled up on the inter tube for comfort. So instead of one four inch piece I had two. I then washed the inter tube off with soap and water. Next I stretched the inter tube over the tube and taped down the four corners. Then wrapped tape around the tube to secure the inter tube and keep it air tight. I then cut a hole into the inter tube with a knife. The last thing I did was use the Loctite silicone to seal the hole at the top where the hose is connected.

This works great but I’ve ran into a problem with the tape and inter tube. After about a week the tape wants to slip off for some reason. I seen someone mention Plasti Dip in this thread so I’m gonna try that next.

Great ideas for making cylinders!

But I am having trouble tracking down a good source on quick connect hose couplers. LA Pumps has them but they are a bit pricey, $21 a set. I want to try staging with different size tubes and finding couplers is holding me up. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

I guess I should have read the Harbor Freight pumps thread before posting that last question. The answer was already there. Sorry for jumping the gun.

I have not read through this whole thread to see if this is redundant.

I made a tube from an aquarium cleaning tube. I selected a tube which was substantially rigid as I gripped the outside and tried to crush it. I then cut it to a 10 inch length and glued the cap in place and a brass barbed fitting also, and hooked it to a “mity-vac” pump and gage. I modified it by heating the opening with a heat gun, and pressing it into a curved surface to role the opening over. It rolled out into a rather triangular shaped opening with a nice 1/4” flange. Later I used industrial silicone to pad this flange, and it is now sealing very well and is reasonably comfortable. I also demarked an inch scale on the outside (bone-pressed”) to note progress.

That’s just about exactly the set-up I have and it’s worked well for a few years with 4 or 5 time weekly use. (Well, I’ve increased my cylinder size so I guess it hasn’t exactly been in use that much.) What size cylinder?

Hey maybe someone can help me with this.

I live in Toronto, and want to make my own pump. I’ve checked out all sorts of stores for the various supplies and not a single place in this city has ANY of the parts required.

If someone who lives here has built their own, could you tell me where you went to get the tube, the pump, the hose and whatever else is required.

Thanks in advance.

Anybody in Toronto put a pump together at all?

This is a bump, by the way.

I did some time in Prison and spent a few weeks experimenting on creating my own device from what was at hand, which wasn’t much..

I found a paper clip, which I heated up and used to burn the bottom out of a shampoo bottle, slowly, and one hole at a time.I then smoothed the plastic as best as I could with the heated paper clip, so there were no sharp edges.I then put a hole in the top of the lid, and covered it with the finger of one of the blue cleaners gloves they use inside. I was very pleased to find that the rubber of the glove acted as a one way valve. So basically, I would get semi hard, put my cock in the shampoo bottle and squeeze the bottle while pressing it tightly against the base of my penis.

The finger of the glove would inflate slightly, releasing some air from the bottle, and then deflate tightly over the lid of the bottle, making a seal. The plastic of the bottle was firm enough that when I squeezed the creases out of it so as to return it to it’s original shape, a vacuum was created, and by repeating the process, I could get a very decent pull going. I found that an extended session became painful around the base, due to the thin edge of the bottle.

After much experimenting, I found a great solution. We would get a piece of fruit every day, and at least twice a week it would be an orange. I cut an orange in half, and made a hole just big enough to accommodate my erect cock.I then put my cock through the hole so that the cut side of the orange was against my body, and my cock coming out of the hole.I would then do the same squeezing routine to get the pressure up.this worked quite well initially but I would have to keep squeezing the bottle as the seal wasn’t so great and would only last five minutes before the skin would break, and the bottle would get sucked through the orange. I tried an apple but similar problems occurred..

Eventually I realised that by reversing the orange so that my cock was coming out through the flesh of the orange and the curved part was against my body, I had done it! The flesh of the orange helped to make a seal, and the comfort was amazing. I could even re-use the orange several times. I eventually realised that I didn’t even need the rubber glove, but by opening the lid slightly as I squeezed and then tightening it again before squeezing it back into shape, the same effect was achieved..

Now that I’m free again, I thought I could improve on it, but the only thing I’ve changed is that I use a thick donut of latex instead of an orange, and the bottle I use is see-through, and slightly longer.Yes, I did achieve length and girth in the 5 months I was there; about an inch I’d say and maybe 15mm in girth

wow.

Get a christian mexican saint candle, empty out all the wax, and then slide yourself in when totally hard, pushing in as far as you can go to get as much air out as you can, the base should make a seal arounf your base or just before it, the nwhe n you try to pull it off.SUCTION!

I’m sure it’s only like 2-3hg, but when you stroke inside it, the hg increases on the upstroke.
I actually edge inside of them like that 2-3 times a month.
When you finally pull out, your girth is insanely huge.
After these edging sessions, my girth thru nearly the entire mid to upper sgaft is between 6.5” to 7” EG

Current size: BPEL: 7.9" EG: 6.75"

Realistic goal: BPEL: 9.25" EG: 7.5"

Unrealistic surgical goal: 12" x 8.5" :)

I made mine from a aquarium gravel vacuum from a pet store. It is a 2” x10 inch tube. To ease the cutting on my body I tried a few accessories but in the end I heated the tube over the stove top carefully until the plastic was mold-able. I pushed it down slowly on a wine bottle to get the bottom to flare out a bit. After a few reheats and more spreading I had the lip funneling wider than the tube but it was collapsing a bit 1/4 inch up. Then I heated it again and just pushed it down on the flat stove top surface. This flattened to bottom and left a nice radius edge into the tube. So now I have a 1/4 inch flat surface that has a radius with a slightly smaller internal diameter than the main tube, as it hour glassed slightly right at eh bottom, which helps create a good seal.

For the valve I used a one way valve from an old air mattress kit and some PVC tubing. The valve fits right onto the vacuum top and I can take the suction tube I use with my mouth off so it is not in the way once I have built up some pressure.

I only water pump with if now as I find I can control the expansion much better and have very little fluid build up. I do not get any spotting and with a clean shave at the base I am not getting any air leaks.

I got mine from Petcetra in Canada but now I see they only have these oblong shaped tubes that would not make a good penis pump but maybe they are better aquarium vacuums?

I also built an aquarium tube, what I think worked very well for comfort was the plastic tool dip. I tried gluing/epoxying seals on it but the glue or epoxy always goes sooner or later. The plastic dip was very easy to apply, I put put 5 or 6 coats on and let it hang down vertically to dry. A great feature is the cap is remove able, making it easier to water pump. :)

I’m working on a homemade tube now. I didn’t have a 2” aquarium tube available near me, so I bought a properly sized reusable water bottle. The opening is a little over 2” wide. I’m dipping it now in Plasti Dip to get a good seal. I also drilled a hole in the bottom of the cylinder and will bond on my MityVac nozzles to it that attaches to the pump. I bought the MityVac pump yesterday at O’Reilly’s auto parts because we don’t have a Harbor Freight nearby.

I’m looking forward to getting it all finished and using it.

I had some pumping with an aquarium tube years ago and it was great.

I just found out a couple days ago that I have some pretty serious hormone problems that are causing very low testosterone and most likely make me sterile. My EQ has been decreasing lately, so I really need some extra boost. Extra size really wouldn’t hurt either.
