Homemade Tubes?

BTW, this thing makes a great dildo. It is what I used to introduce the wife to dildos about 5 years ago. She had actually bought some flavored lube, so I knew I was safe bringing it home and one day as we were having fun with the lube, I slid it into her and she went nuts. Not long afterwards, I bought an actual dildo and some extensions and she is quite the fan of those.

Anyhoo, all you need is this bottle, a knife, epoxy, some sort of fitting, high pressure stiff hose and a piece of rubber hose which fits over the high pressure hose.

I cut the bottom of the bottle off, cleaned it up with sandpaper, wrapped the opening with about 3 turns of good electrical tape. When you wrap it, hang half the tape over the edge of the tube, then fold it inside the tube. This makes a great seal.

This bottle has a popup valve. Pull it and the liquid flows. Push it and it closes. Yank the cap off, drill out this valve and epoxy in place some sort of fitting that will take the high pressure tubing. Use about a foot long piece of the flexible black rubber hose at the end. You can suck on this, then bite it to hold the vacuum. If I have a good seal and want to hold for a while. I stick a golf tee in the end.

This thing works awesome in the shower. It weighs virtually nothing. Can be use with air or water. I typically use warm water in the shower.

Out of the shower, I will wrap it with a heating pad. IMO, the heating pad really gives you better expansion.

I am about 6 BPEL, 5 BEG, 4.75MEG. It is the perfect fit for me. I have been using erratically for a few years and have seen definite girth gain, I think, but no accurate before measurements to quantify it. If I gain much more girth, or length, I will outgrow it. If you are much bigger than I, you’ll need a different tube.

I think sucking is a great way to go. I believe you have better vacuum level control.

I do not have a gauge. I closely monitor look/feel. If either goes bad, I am out of there. The tube is kind of flimsy and will collapse if you go too high with the vacuum.

Went to the hardware store and bought a 1.25 union pvc. This is basically a 2 inch long piece of pvc pipe with an ID of about 1.625. With a bit of dremeling, my cylinder slid into it nicely. I used electrical tape on the outside to make it airtight.

This piece has a nicely radiused smooth end which I assumed would make a good seal with me in it. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. Looks like it is time for a cylinder base seal.

Any recommendations?

The end of this cylinder has a 1.625 ID with a wall thickness of maybe .125 or a bit more.

I realize most are silicone, but would like to use a petroleum friendly substance if at all possible as Vaseline is my lube if choice.

Not a big deal if I do have to go with silicone as I guess I can switch to a water based lube.

Would prefer to make a local purchase over internet if possible.

So I wanted to try out pumping without dropping $50 or $60.
I picked up a large gravel pump from the pet store, has about a 2” barrel.
From another thread, I got the idea to sleeve it with a 1.75-2.25” bicycle tube.
That thread showed 1/4” of tape around the end with the tube stretched over the outside and folding over inside the bore.
I put another layer over the exposed tube to lock it on.

This acts as the base and end seal. I tried it with just an inch inside for a good seal around me.
That worked ok, but I was intrigued by one variation that had the tube extend past the glans when extended, so I liked that better, because the barrel is a little big for me, and I’m more interested in length rather than girth.

Then I got the bright idea to take it in the bath with me. It was awesome. I slopped myself and the tube with silicone lube first. I then filled it completely with bath water. Sitting the the hot bath, I was able to pump up to 10Hg, after several warm up pumps with jelqs in between.
Had zero blemishes.

Last two nights, I used my heating pad to warm up in bed with similar results. I also use silicone lube because the tube sleeve is quite snug on me, as new.
I’m getting 1/2” to 3/4” extension under vac with no side effects.

Worst part is the rubber stink.

Word to the wise:

I have a big gravel tube and a smaller one.

I took the larger one in the bath and it was great. No issues.

I tried the smaller one tonight because I can pack like hell in it.

Filled it up in the tub and got a good suck on it, only to find that it has a check valve which, while it doesn’t do shit in the air, works excellently in water.

Fortunately, I discovered this flaw before I was too far along to bust it loose.

So, it’s getting a release hole drilled in it.

Just had an awesome session in a hot bath with my smaller(1.6”) tube.
I pack this tube solid, so I lube up well with silicone. That holds up good in water.
In the hot tub, no bubbles inside, I can suck this thing about as hard as I can with my mouth, and it feels great. No gauge, because water.
Good hot soak for about 20 minutes.
Came out nice and hot pink, no issues.

I usually air pump in a 2” tube at 5”hg.
This is the end of my 2nd week, and I have a good hang going with decent overnight wood.
I haven’t been worried about numbers, but think I’ll do some measuring soon.

So this is my very first post, I have been pumping with a home made cylinder on and off for a few years and finally purchased a proper size matters cylinder.

I have a couple of questions..

But first, here’s a little background: I’m a mechanic by trade so I am familiar with vacuum devices as well with fabrication of parts.
I made myself a home made cylinder out of an old thick wall plastic reusable water bottle. It measures 2” at the mouth but widens to 2.75” inside and is 8.5” long. The pump is high quality with gauge.

So, I’ve been reading up on packing a cylinder and figured it’s time to purchase a proper proper cylinder in order to continue gains.

I measure 8” x 5.5” and would like to get to 9x6 or so. It seemed I should purchase a 2”x9” cylinder so that’s what I did.

I used the new cylinder for the first time last night and found I packed it at least half way up the bottom and my head was pretty much stuck at the 8” mark at the top ( top narrows which might be a problem but still have another inch or so of room until the end of the cylinder) had to use lots of lube - none needed in home made cylinder due to side wall clearance.

After about a half hour pumping session, I had mega ballooning and doughnut. It’s not causing me any problems but I was just surprised at how fast it happened and how much it swelled .

My question is: looking for advice on controlling the ballooning without wrapping.. Lower pressure/ less time? As well as will my penis Squeeze right to the end of the cylinder eventually? My head is fairly large when pumped and is close to the 2” opening when removing.
( top of cylinder might be 1.5”? ) Should I buy a bigger cylinder? My home made cylinder tends to suck my nuts in and this one was way more comfortable but the taper might be a problem.

Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated!
