Homemade sleeve?

I want to try pumping in a larger tube but here in Italy I can’t find a right sleeve for cylinder (to prevent scrotum suck).. Especially, I need something like this:

Do you have any ideas to make homemade sleeves (especially designed for your penis size)? What kind of materials should I have to buy?

The way to stop your scrotum being sucked into the tube is simply, to tie a piiece of linen around the upper part of the scrotum next to your penis - Not to tightly, but enough to make it inaccesable to the tube. and then put some oitnment round the outside of the tube base, dip the end in some warm water. and go abaout pumping. Yu should have no trouble with your scrotum being dragged in to the tube that way.

I have tried this solution, but if the cylinder is too large it sucks also part of my pubis inside…Instead, with a sleeve, I can enter only with my penis inside and have a sort of “baloon effect”… If you can, search this video on the web or emule: “MadelineIsWicked-Teasing Him penis pump”. There’s a guy that use a penis pump with a particular sleeve and it get a huge expansion in the tube. I want to try that system, I have the right cylinder but I don’t have a sleeve like that… :)
