So after 3 and a half months of manual exercies and no gains, I’m deciding to add a pump to my routine, because all I care about is getting a little girth. My pump just got in today and I can’t wait to check it out.

My questions are:
1) When during my normal jelquing routine should I pump? Before after or both?
2) How often should I pump? I can do it all day if necessary, but my main concern is not doing anything potentially dangerous.
3) What level of pressure is best for pumping?
4) Any other suggestions?

At first, for the first month or so, follow the guidlines in Pumping 101 at the top of this page. You’ll be tempted to do more, but the idea is to condition your dick to the new pressures you are putting on it.

You can easily work in a jelking routine between short pumps. Jelks are good for both length and girth. You can add to that some modified uli squeezes specifically for girth.

So it looks like I’m going to do 10 minutes of pumping at 5hg for the first week.
I have a problem where the bease of my penis is only about 4 inches in girth, as opposed to 4.5 in the upper area.
Therefore I dont do Ulis, because they only make the upper shaft bigger and no the lower shaft… This also creates a problem with the pump staying sealed. As I put my erection in the pump, there areas area that fill the entire girth, where as the bottom is missing space, and thereforce cauing scrotum skin to be pulled up into the vacuum which hurts a little. Guess i need to add some sort of rubber to my cylinder.

i still havent figured out when to pump, before or after jelquing? I guess once i start doing more sets of pumps, i’ll do both. Any more advice qould be greatly appreciated.

skinnyguy—I personally do my manuals and stretching then wait a short time…10-15 minutes and then pump. Rember when you go into the tube it is best to have a full on hard on. Welcome to the club.

You can jelq then pump or around the other way, or between pumping sessions as Avocet has said.

The sealing /scrotum problem is a tough one though, and I’m thinking that you need a smaller diameter tube until you grow some more girth at the base. They aren’t cheap though!!! I’m also wondering if it’s feasible to “sleeve” the internal diameter for the first inch or so, so that you pack out the tube. Would be really great if this could be removed later.

Hanging weights is really good for building girth at the base. Paradoxically that is what hanging has done for me-little extra length but some extra girth.

ok, been using the pump for about a week now, and dont feel as much pain near my testicles, just a little soreness with those ligs. My only problem now, is I don’t know when to take days off??? I’ve been doing PE for about 3 months now, and I usually take days off when my dick feels used up and sore the next day, but I am not sure if i should still do light pumps on these days? Any ideas?

I like to go 3-4 days on then 1 day off, and then repeat. It seems to be working for me. This is what I’m pretty much settled in on trying for the next few months. We’ll see how it works….by the way I’m pumping in the evening/late afternoon and hanging for 40-60 minutes in the morning.
