Hello my fellow pumpers!

I do have a problem! Since I’ve started pumping, 2 months ago, I’ve been increasing the time of my daily sessions (exactly as suggested on avocet’s thread). 2 weeks ago, I added some manual stretching (because I am not happy with my lenght, and I feel that pumping is still not doing that much for me, on that… at least for now!!!) and some jelqing before the pumping sets, and now I feel like I’m wasting too much time on PE. Well, “wasting” may not be the right word… but unfortunately I can’t PE for 1 1/2 hours or 2 hours a day. What would you suggest me to do? Should I split the session in 2? Should I focus on manual exercises for lenght in the morning, and pump in the afternoon, or something like this?

Just say whatever you think!

My session is something like this:

warm up - 5 min
manual stretches - 10 min
100 jelqs - 5 min
1 pumpig set - 20 min
100 jelqs + 3 horses - 10 min
1 pumping set - 10 min
100 jelqs + 3 horses - 10 min
1 pumping set - 10 min
100 jelqs + 3 horses - 10 min
warm down - 5 min

Total: 95 minutes

Also, I’m thinking about giving up on horses, even though I’ve been doing them for not that long (3 weeks) because of the possible discoloration. I will try some jelq squeezes.

So, guys, can you help me on this??? :cry:

What have your results been so far?

I would cut the jelqing down to 50. Your trying to restore circulation not necessarily get gain like you would in a manual routine.. Thats 10 minutes right there!

One hour per session should be plenty. This gets it close:

warm up - 5 min
manual stretches - 5 min
100 jelqs - 5 min
1 pumpig set - 12 min
100 jelqs + 3 horses - 5 min
1 pumping set - 12 min
100 jelqs + 3 horses - 5 min
1 pumping set - 12 min
100 jelqs + 3 horses - 5 min
warm down - 5 min

I don’t know… I was following the advice of the other vets (avocet for example), who jelq between sets. And have you seen their gains?

Guys, what about longer sets (2 x 20 minutes, instead 3 x 12 minutes), and less jelqing between? This would probably allow me to save some time that I normally spend on getting off the tube, jelq, put some more lube, etc.

What do you think it’s best? Short or long sets?

You mentioned “I’ve been increasing the time of my daily sessions (exactly as suggested on avocet’s thread).” Actually, in the Vacuum Pumping 101 thread, first post, Avocet8 wrote “Now I do only 5 - 8 minute sessions with more squeezes and jelking between them. I saw no difference in size gain as a result of long sessions.”

So, how about this?

warm up - 5 minutes
manual stretches - 5 minutes
pumping - 8 minutes
jelqing - 50 (at 3 seconds each, about two and half minutes)
warm down - 5 minutes

That’s a 25.5 minute session. Do that three times a day, and it’s 76.5 minutes, which is shorter than your current routine.

Or if you want more pumping and jelqing in the routine, how about this?

warm up - 5 minutes
manual stretches - 5 minutes
pumping - 8 minutes
jelqing - 50 (at 3 seconds each, about two and half minutes)
pumping - 8 minutes
jelqing - 50 (at 3 seconds each, about two and half minutes)
warm down - 5 minutes

That’s a 36 minute routine; done twice a day, that’s 72 minutes a day, still shorter than your current routine.

I like split routines, myself; I know that opinions differ on this. In the thread Pumping Routine , Gprent writes, “Pumping multiple times a day has never worked for me and I have tried it several times. Trying to speed your progress with more effort results in the exact opposite. You are better off with just once a day. The main thing is to stay healthy and not too over worked. As you gain more and more experience and keep striving for a healthy penis, your after pump result will continue to last longer and longer.”

I respect Gprent and his experience, and I’m quoting him here to illustrate the diversity of opinion on this. Ultimately, you will be the judge of what is effective for you.

If you’re doing the Horses for girth, you may find that pumping gets you that result too.

I would like to have an explanation about your statement.

Are you saying that doing ONLY pumping you will get the same results than doing ONLY Horses?

Don’t you think it is a good idea doing horses between pumping sets?

I am saying that I think my girth increases have come from pumping and jelqing.

I don’t have an opinion on whether doing horses between pumping sets is a good idea or not. What really matters is what works for you. Just watch your PIs.

Well, I’m looking to increase both lenght and girth, but I would say that my priority at the moment, is lenght. I’m 5.9 x 4.7, and I’d really love to pack my 8x1.75 cylinder. Do you think I will be able to do that someday? I hope so…

Right now I’m doing just one session a day, mainly because I really have no time to do multiple sessions, and I’ve been following yours and gprent and avocet’s advices. It’s always good to learn with people that really know a lot.
