Help me fatten up my penis some more.

gprent and firegoat you’re both staying in the tube for 45mins to an hour, you don’t have any problems doing this ? no breaks ?
Do you feel this kind of continuous tension is better for gaining than interrupting the session every 10mins or so ?

45mins of continuous tension is quite a common protocol in physiotherapy with only a couple of 30sec breaks, presumably maintaining the stress in that situation is more effective but then there isn’t the same circulation issue.
What do you think ?

I like continuous tension; it promotes creep. 45 mins is about the longest I go, and I’m monitoring how things are - if there is any hint of a problem, I take a break. I Usually I’ll take a break at 30 mins and do a bit of edging and firegoat rolls, if I’m planning another 30 mins in the tube.

I think you’re right about continuous tension, I found when I tried long sets I experienced more fatigue and a slight loss in Eq.

Do you think as far as inducing creep these things are a positive sign ie evidence of actual stretching of the tunica ?

From my experience, I get the best expansion using continuous pressure with no breaks. My best expansion doesn’t even really get going until the 25 to 30 minute mark and by 45 minutes I get to about 6.25” girth which just feels amazing. Like I mentioned before, I always start off slowly at a pressure of around 3”hg and slowly step it up over the course of the workout. Remember to massage after exiting the tube to fully restore a healthy look while maintaining that huge after pump erection.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Yes. And slight loss of EQ is not unusual.

I am liking the continuous tension quite a bit, vs multiple sets. Seem to hold the post pump thickness longer with gprent's protocol for 45 mins.

I know I am repeating myself, but it is so interesting to me that I am getting very minimal fluid build up in the frenulum area. What I was doing before - 45 mins @ 3 to 4 gave me a bit of a donut. This doesn’t.

This is all interesting information, it wasn’t till I started going over 25/30mins that I started to experience fatigue, this is something I haven’t had from pumping before.
I’m guessing this means that it takes at least that long at the pressure I’m using to reach the elastic limit and start actually deforming the collagen ?

What are peoples thoughts on riding the fatigue for girth gains ? bib always maintained it was necessary and no different in principle from length gaining.

Very basically… You need time for new collagen to form. The type of collagen we are wanting is mostly Type 1, which is inhibited if a load is repeated before it has time to start forming. It usually takes a couple of days after applying a stimulus to begin to form, and is forming well after a week or so. I do actually think we could gain well from a fairly intense once a week routine, with just light piss pulls and jelqs the rest of the week. But I can’t lay off my dick long enough to try it!

I usually do intense routines 2 days in a row on a weekend, and a semi-intense routine mid week, with just light maintenance the rest of the time. I take a week or so break every 6 to 8 weeks, and take a brief decon of around 3 months per year off. I have seen growth happen during these times of no PE, so probably even the amount of rest time I have during a normal week is less than I should have. Hanging doesn’t need as much rest as girth exercises, but it does still need some, in my opinion.

Have backed off on the pumping to every other day. Took about a week off before settling into that.

I can’t either, it really was difficult for me to stop doing this almost daily.

When you guys take days off, are they TOTALLY off? As in not touching your penis? I feel like one of the things that helped me gain before was gettting in some edging on the off days.

Would appreciate any feedback.

I think edging is fine and if that turns into masturbation, that is fine also. I usually do a daily soapy erect massage in the shower, but I use Dove soap for men with 1/4 moisturizing cream to keep my skin from drying out. :)

Interesting stuff. I was pumping on pretty much a daily basis for 45 minutes to one hour - however long it took me to pack the cylinder up to the glans. (I am fairly slow.) However, I experienced some adverse EQ effects, so I recently took a two week break. I started back up yesterday, had a great session - and of course got motivated to repeat today. If I can manage to exercise some self-restraint, I think I might try experimenting with two intense sessions per week for a while.

I’m finding better results with going everyday, I guess everyone’s different but my EQ has never been better, it just took a lot of fine tuning the routine.

Right from what I have read your now doing 45 min pumps continuous pump (once in you pump and do not release pressure for 45mins) is that correct, because I thought we had to allow fresh blood to circulate around the penis?
