Hard vs. Soft Pumping

I can attest that going into the tube with an erection minimizes fluid build up.

I pump for 25-45 minutes at a time, sometimes 2 or 3 times in a long session.

Going in flaccid, or re-entering flaccid leads to fluid build up even at 5” Hg

If I go in erect, I can make it through three 30 minute sessions at 5” Hg without a doughnut or significant edema

I do get fluid build up while pumping with a softie. My balls engorge, then I put a ball stretcher around them. It’s tight enough that it lets the fluid escape slowly while stretching my balls. So far, good results combining pumping and ball stretching.

My erections seem to be harder after I pump while flaccid. I’m beginning to wonder if a pump session works out the muscle that contracts while having an orgasm. Mine seem much stronger.

Pumping flaccid is a disaster for me, feels painful does nothing.

It is totally normal to go from hard to semi in the pump. See:

Soft when I exit pump

gprent has a routine where you pump for ten minutes, come out of the cylinder and stroke up a big boner.

Then do another ten minute set, come out and re-bonerize.

Rinse and repeat until you go 3 or 4 sets total. When you are in the tube do kegels now and again. Also do tube milking to pull in fresh blood.

At the end put on a cock ring, get a hard on and stroke it for at least 10 minutes. Go soft and do some nice slow massage jelqs.

It is a great routine, I gained from it and is great for EQ. I limited my self to three sets. Around 3 to 4hg. Very little fluid buildup.

Erect. Gotta thin tube like titlelist said for length. Almost broke ma dick but I prefer max intensity when the intent is to damage the bopdy just to make sure I did y’know lol. I wasa at 10Hg for like 5 minutes at the end of two-handed jelq sesions though lol….. And I mean, it makes more since to me that any gains in any dimension would be best erect.

Are we talking here about pumping with a semi or almost totally soft ?

I’m starting to think maybe 60-90% is ideal, just like any manual girth work if you’re too hard you don’t expand much.

I know for instance if I get the right kind of semi I can get about 3/4” expansion from a uli but I never get more than 1/4” from erect clamping.

I’m trying it out anyway and it seems promising.

I’ve only been pumping a short while but I always enter the tube with an erection. Now at 20-30 min sessions at 4-5hg and zero donut at the end of them. I think there could be a donut forming if I started soft. Noticed small gains of around 1/4” in both length and about 1/8” girth so far.

I noticed that if I pump 30 minutes, jelq for 10 minutes I get much better EQ. So I’m gonna stick with this routine. ;)
