I’m finally very close to start pumping. As you may know, I’ve been doing the newbie routine since January 1st (I was already jelqing since October, and also wearing an extender every now and then), and honestly, I think I’ve reached a plateau. Check this out:

Day 1

Day 35

Well, in the middle of this period, I had to stop because I got injured. It was terrible, because I was on a high, I was gaining a lot! It was really depressing… Anyway, I had to stop for 3 weeks (mostly February), and then got back to my exercises routine… and haven’t gained a single cm since then. So, now I’d like to hear your opinions on how to start my pumping sessions. Master avocet8 (I will never forget your support!), and all the others who can suggest some exercises, some routines, and all that stuff about the pressure, and the methods of pumping.

One question… since I’ve already had my “newbie gains”, what should I expect to gain in the forthcoming months? I still haven’t gained a single cm in girth…

I will use the lapdist cylinder and pump, they will finally be here at the end of the week. I hope.

Even though you’ve been on the Newbie Routine for some time, you have to approach pumping as if you were a newbie, and assume you are not conditioned to it. Pumping is a whole other experience and needs to be worked into gradually, like the other exercises you’ve done. You’ll be exposing your cock to new kinds of pressures.

Follow the Pumping 101 method for a month, always at low to moderate HG pressure, then see where you are. Don’t expect miracles. Growing a bigger cock involves a lot of slow physiological change.

There’s no predicting. We’re all different chemically. Some pumpers get L first, some get G first, some get both as they go along, and some don’t get anything for a long time.

Make your pumping fun and stimulating. Don’t go hog wild with it but do stick to your routine, like glue.

I agree with the man above. He speaks the truth that all are different and guessing what your outcome may be is highly impossible. If you want a description of my pumping routine and what has produced the best gains for me, read my 4 Month Growth Comparison thread in my sig below. The gains you see there are strictly from pumping and Ive continued to gain. Keep the pressure in the 3-5hg range and times from 10-15 min/set. Throw in some wet jelqs between sets to get blood circulating but dont tug too hard. This stuff takes time but pumping certainly broke my plateau and will hopefully do the same for yours. Hello once again!

First of all, I’d like to thank you guys, avocet and bigger, for your opinions on this subject. Well, in fact, I do not expect to grow a 8 x 6 inches cock overnight! No way… and I really must stop asking about what gains I should expect. Everyone’s different. Everyone’s different. Everyone’s different. I must focus on that.

I’ve been doing the newbie routine (stretches, v-stretches, which I have included later, and jelqing), and my question is: should I include the pumping on this routine, or should I start a new routine with some new exercises? Well, since my penis will be pretty much over a big pressure, should I do something else than the pumping alone?

About the L and G gains… I must confess it’s crazy like hell when you’re small on both! Guys who want to grow L, focus on that, on the other hand guys who want to gro G focus on that. I’m small on both, and my G doesn’t seem to change. I will have to patiently wait, that’s exactly what I’m going to do. It doesn’t happen overnight, as I said.

So, according to my size, what exercises would you (if you) recommend?

I dont think it would be a bad idea to do some light stretching and some hot wraps or hot soaks prior to pumping. Spend maybe 5 minutes or so warming up and then start your pumping routine. Make pumping your main priority though because this alone will put alot of stress on your member until you get used to it so you dont want to over do it with a ton of stretching and jelqing combined. Between sets I would do 30-50 light jelqs to get blood circulating then you should be ready for the pump again. Just take it slow and be patient. The gains will come in due time. Ive been practicing PE for a year now and have gained 0 girth but since Ive began much of my focus has been on length. Once I reach my L goals then I will focus else where.

Yeah I have not really gained any length yet, my girth gets a little fat though. I’ve been doing it consistently the past week after not doing it for close 2 months
