I believe that there are no hard and fast rules in PE. Everybody has to experiment because we are all different from a chemical and tissue point of view. I think most vets here agree that low pressure is better than high pressure for best gains and that duration has to be assessed according to individual tolerances. A regular schedule works better than a haphazard one; and, the repetition of exercises has to be frequent enough that your cock doesn’t forget where it is you are intending it to go. For me, 5 days on with 2 off worked very well for a total of no more than an hour, after I was conditioned. I also did an initial trial of 6 days on, 1 off for awhile which worked. But a day or two a week gave me zip gains.
