What can be said to be the optimal length of time for sets? 10 minutes? 20? 15?

How many sets are optimal? 3 a day?

What is the best schedule? 5 on 2 off? 7 on?

I am talking about gaining. I plan on using very low Hg (2-3 range) and plan on doing this for a lifetime. So what led your gains to take off?

I mean, when I get to be conditioned, what schedule do you think will be ENOUGH to keep the gains from halting from pumping? 3 * 10 minutes a day enough? Is more optimal? because supersizeit used to pump 1-2 hours a day and he grew to gigantic dimensions.

I believe that there are no hard and fast rules in PE. Everybody has to experiment because we are all different from a chemical and tissue point of view. I think most vets here agree that low pressure is better than high pressure for best gains and that duration has to be assessed according to individual tolerances. A regular schedule works better than a haphazard one; and, the repetition of exercises has to be frequent enough that your cock doesn’t forget where it is you are intending it to go. For me, 5 days on with 2 off worked very well for a total of no more than an hour, after I was conditioned. I also did an initial trial of 6 days on, 1 off for awhile which worked. But a day or two a week gave me zip gains.

Ok, I can’t compete with avocet8’s imagination, but I will say that the TOTO is generating a nice tax free income. Please keep this on the down low.

I am one for always changing my routine, but for the moment, for a fully conditioned pumper, I think one of the best routines that I am currently doing is three to four 15 minute sets at 4”hg with massage or jelqing in between sets. Following the final pump set, I put on my broccoli band and massage/edge for 10 to 15 minutes at maximum expansion. I usually cum at the end, but if you think that is bad, don’t do it. I also always pump with a heat pad around the cylinder.

As far as days off and on, I don’t have a set schedule there either. I usually go until I feel I need a day or 2 off. This usually happens in less then 7 days, so I might do 4 on 1 off, or 5 on 1 off, or 6 on 2 off, just depends on my mood I guess. But keeping your cock guessing is not a bad idea.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
