Got my VacuTech pump today Just a few questions though

wantabigpenis-

here’s my two cents.

Shaving- I have had less nicks from using a razor and a good shaving product (gel that stays clear) than I ever had using clippers. This is totally opposite of what I thought would happen.

Your tube- so when you enter the tube you are hard- great. Now what is your technique? How well lubed are you? do you attacht the tube and rotate it back and forth? like you are trying to screw it on to your pelvis? I found this was the key to getting the seal to stay.

Good luck!

In english it just means that when you have to pump to maintain vacuum - there will be small changes in the vacuum, the vacuum is going up and down. Do you think these will give good effect, just as shorter sets with pumping is beneficial for gains/circulation?

So what I mean is that you are performing a micro version of dynamic pumping (more shorter sets instead of long ones with static vacuum), and wondered if you think this might have something to do with your permanent gains, or is this difference in the vacuum insignificant?

thanks

Never thought about that, Dingle. But obviously if I am having to re-pump every 5 - 10 seconds, clearly blood leaves the CCs and returns when I pump up a few HGs again to get back to my level. This probably means a faster intake of oxygenated blood flushing penile tissues. We all know that cell growth and division are encouraged by oxygen, in fact won’t even occur without it. Interesting idea you have there.

A8,

You just described the entire theory/claims behind the CTC automatic pumps except your cycle is not as fast. The bit about oxygenation is dead on. That’s why I have a CTC pump on order to blend in with the stretching and extended heat to both vary and improve my routine(s).

Very interesting ideas - thanks,

Another plug for oxygenated blood exchange.

A8,

Yes, and I hope to even get more with the CTC. I work with modest forces and try to extend those forces over time and strategically use heat to accelerate growth and modeling. Not only does Heat lower the modulus of elasticity of plastin tissue, I think localized Heat acts like a localized ‘Fever’ that triggers the immune system and associated biological processes (IMO). That’s why saunas, hot tubs (and the native American sweat lodges) played such importance in healing and cleansing rituals - just a theory.

Enjoy your posts,

I wish I understood what the hell you guys we’re talking about.

Anyways, would it be ok to end some of my pumping sessions with masturbating? When I first started jelqing I just ended up masturbating toward the end because my penis was about to explode. LOL. Good times.
But for jelqing, I know that you are extra sore if you did this, but not sure for pumping.

Ok, I just finished my 5th jelqing session and it went a little bit better. I shaved a little more but I still seem to be have a seal problem. I had to pump every 3 seconds to keep the pressure at 3-4. I was wondering if this is bad since I keep pumping and it is not steady pressure. I am going to take stubby’s advice and probably use a razor next time. I will probably use a little more lube also. I just discovered I am supposed to use water with my lube (Vaseline Intensive Care) from the reply by peforeal. The thing I was also concerned about was the screw at the top of the tube. I tightened it, but I noticed that the black rubber band around the screw does not look like it is securely in. Half of it is under the screw and half of it is on the side. Can anyone with a Vacu-Tech tube tell me how it’s supposed to be?

The observations I had this time was that my head got noticeably bigger, but my shaft did not. I think it may have been a little longer but I did not see and growth in girth. I also noticed that many of you said that you hang lower for a several hours or even days after pumping. This is not the case for me. After every session, my penis shrinks back to normal size within minutes. I had midterms last week so I did not get pump that much, but I am planning to pump everyday or at least every other day starting this week.

Sorry for so many questions but it just has not gone as I planned.

You can check your connector like you would for a punctured inner tube.If you pump your tube with your palm covering the base it should form a seal.

Then place the connector end in a bowl of water. If you have air bubbles, then it is probably leaking from the threads.

The O ring should be compressed slightly on your cylinder and connector. It should not be splayed out on one side,or trapped in the threads.

If you buy a roll of plumber’s thread tape(PTFE) remove the connector. You can also do away with the O ring.Wind the tape flat, round the threads clockwise, about two or three times.Snap off any remaining tape then replace connector.Make sure you do not screw it in cross threaded.Tighten by hand only. This should permanently solve any leaks from the threads.

My preference for a thread leak is to fix it using Rectorseal 5® Pipe Thread Sealant. Teflon pipe tape works most of the time, but this stuff makes for a sure seal. Costs 2 bucks at Home Depot. Look in plumbing for a yellow tube about 6” long with a big red circle with a 5 inside. It is the same stuff the guys who seal up natural gas lines use. I just got done using it on my water heater when pipe tape would not stop dripping. The guy at Home Depot said to forget about all the other stuff and use the 5® stuff.

Amazing, this 5® stuff has all kinds of ‘pipe’ applications. ;)

Move a little closer, Honey.

I've got a big prick for you.

I have a Vacu-Tech and have never had problems with leakage. It sounds like in an effort to monkey with the fittings you’ve botched the O-ring seal on the top of the tube. This is the seal that sits within the white plastic fitting. If so (it doesn’t sit even), back off on the fitting and re-sit the ring. If you’ve ruined the O-ring I’d think you could find a replacement at a hardware or auto store, or just give Vacu-Tech a call and have them ship one out. That seal is how the tube and the hose maintain contact, and can’t be fixed with tape or such. You should not have to adjust the vacuum in the tube very often at all, only occasionally as your unit swells.

Vacu-Tech specifically recommends Alboline as a lubricant in the product instructions. Alboline is marketed for removing make-up, and can be found in pharmacies. It is a petroleum-based product that is much less viscous than vaseline and melts on contact with skin. A tub costs about $10 but it will last awhile, and it is ideal for the purpose. Vacu-Tech recommends cleaning after each use, but I no longer do this and I’ve noticed no effects on the tube material. I wouldn’t recommend using water as a lubricant. It has no staying power and this could part of the reason you’re not getting a lasting seal.

Use the Alboline to coat yourself and achieve as much of an erection as possible before going into the tube. That should help with obtaining a good seal to start with.

As for hair removal, shaving in the shower with soap was my technique for years. I’ve now graduated to waxing every week or two, as has the wife. Stubble can be a bitch for both of us. I don’t like going down on a five-o’clock shadow and neither does she. The product we use is bio-wax from IGIA, available on-line. The pain lasts only a second but the smooth lasts a long time.

Question:

As far as pressure is concerned I notice I can not get any expansion past my normal erection unless I go up to 7 - 8 hg. It feels ok to me; I just feel a nice stretch … Is this ok?

Thanks

You should go to your nearest Wall-Mart store and buy yourself a few golf weights ($1.85 ea).
Slide them on and keep them from sliding off somehow. I use an oversized o-ring bought from Home-Depot ($.35).

Good luck,

After reading all the posts and the instructions that came with the pump, it seems that the tube is actually supposed to be sucked onto my body and stay there.
The only things I can think of that are wrong is either that the tube is too big (I have a 4.25” girth and 1.75” tube), or it is because I did not shave my pubic hairs completely off.

Anyone have this problem?

You will need to shave all around your crutch, balls , and dick. Also check the one way valve on top make sure that you are getting a good seal. You may also need a gasket that will allow you a better seal.

I still have not fixed my pump. But I decided it’s time now. Here is a pic of the tube - one side of the rubber band is under the cap, and on the other side the rubber band is not under the cap. This is how I received my tube. Is it possible for me to unscrew the top and screw it back in again?

It looks like the connecter is screwed down too much. The O-ring shouldn’t be deformed like that. It’s probably damaged now. The connector should be screwed down snug and the O-ring should show a slight, even bulge all the way around.
