Got a couple of Questions

OK I pump regular and recently I started jelqing between sets. I want to start clamping also. I wanted to pump while clamping but somebody informed me that that wasn’t a good I idea. They said it is all right use a cock ring while pumping but clamping is not safe while pumping. So I will not clamp while I pump but I am going to clamp before and maybe after I pump.

Question: Is there any other PE exercise I could do besides Pumping, Clamping, and jelging?

I pretty much know everything there is to know about pumping. I have been pumping a long time and I have read many things on pumping and I have learned most of what I know through trial and error.

I read here about jelging and added that to my routine and I am going to add clamping before and maybe after I pump.

Questions: What is the safest way to clamp?
How long can I leave the clamp on before having to remove it?
Is it safe to jelge while I clamping?
Will it be safe if I want to add weights to the clamp while clamping to force more blood in to the penile chambers?

There is a trap with PE that a lot of guys fall into. The trap is thinking that if a little is good then a whole lot must be better. You are falling into this trap and when you do, you end up losing, not gaining.

The secret to PE is staying patient when you find a winning routine. Constantly adding heavy duty exercises will have negative consequences.

So all I need to do is just pump and jelge between sets?

I have been geting results with just pumping alone but I wanted faster results.

I was thinking that if I stayed safe and not over do it I could get better results.

I don’t want to over do it because if I injure my penis I will have to wait for it to heal to be able to start PE again and I will probably loose some of my gain so I want to stay safe and not over do it. I have got penis blisters in the past and it doesn’t feel good and I had to wait for the blister to heal before I could start pumping again.

So I am planning to stay safe with my PE exercises.

What is safe for clamping?
What is safe for jelging?
What is safe for head stretches?

I might not start now because I still am seeing results by pumping alone but I might start the exercises if I stop seeing results from pumping.

Nelson, I turned away from clamping. I saw some really really fast gains, but then they went negative because I was actually over doing things. If your seeing results with just pumping and jelq’ing now, stick with it. Some gains are better than none :) .
