I pulled an all nighter last night. I made 7 sessions of 13 minutes heated in tube, with 13 minutes heated wrap break. I alternated every other time on my rest times with a 13 minute heated clamped session. Anyway, I have only had about 4 hours of rest time between last night’s session and todays session (I am switching shifts, so I get my work outs in when I can). I noticed this morning, I had some fluid build up on the left dorsal side of my unit. I figured, I would take it easy this morning, so as to not increase the amount of build up. Now, I may be premature, as I am writing this mid second session, but after the first session, the fluid build up had disappeared!. I hope this continues through all my planned sessions this morning. I Will try to update tomorrow.

Additionally, I have been keeping a spreadsheet on my progress. I had found that this is very helpful as my memory is not as reliable as I would like. I have found the spreadsheet helpful in that I usually do 6 reps if you will. So I try to push my workouts to match or beat the previous measurements in the spreadsheet. I do a full system measurement before pumping. BPFL, BPSFL, FG midshaft, FG base, BPEL, EG mid, EG base. Then I also do what I call PEL (pumped erect length measured in tube) during my sessions. After I am done, I also measure PEL, PEG mid, PEG base (pumped erect Lenght or girth out of tube). I have been trending up. Which is encouraging. I guess I should also mention I do 4 days on and 3 days off. I am happy to report that I don’t seem to be loosing any gains during the 3 days off. I also on my off days and on days, perform assorted stretching and jelqing as time allows. If I recall correctly, Big Girtha said to “Never let it turtle”. That is my goal out of tube.

Is your main goal erect length or girth? What type of gains are you experiencing? How long have you been on this routine? I am mixturing pumping (3 sets 7 minutes each) with ADS to get some erect length and things are going okay. I recently slightly injured myself so I will be taking a break.

I am primarily going for girth at this time. I am seeing some marginal gains in length. I started my logs on 8/15/8. I have been doing this routine in various stages for about 4 weeks. On 8/15/8 my BPEL was 6 3/4” and EG midshaft was 4 1/2”. Now I measure 6 11/16” BPEL and 4 3/4” Eg after a 3 day rest period. My goal is to pack my tube. It is 7 1/2” in length and 6 3/8” in diameter. I really don’t anticipate to pack the tube girth wise, but length wise would be great. I really do think heat is the key. I have pumped in the past and have suffered from purple marks on my glands where ever it hit the tube. The head seems to help eliminate that during tube time. Also, I think the heat helps remove fluids during the rest phase, or at at session 4 I was least mitigate them. Hopes this helps. I will /update as I add days to the log. Something I have noticed is ina 4 day period, I gain in lenght in the t/ube by a session each day. For example, on 8/19/8 in session 4 I was 6 3/4”. On 8/21/8 I was 6 7/8” at sesion 4. On 8/26/8 I was 6 7/8” at session 1. By session 4 on 8/26/8 I was 6 15/16”.

OH WOW, cool man! Nice gains! Are the gains you see EL in the tube or out of the tube? Also, do you pump for 13 minutes then do a heat wrap for 13 minutes and repeat this 7 times?

The gains I see are both in tube gains and prepumping out of tube gains. My starting stats were 6 1/2” by 4 1/2”. I am now 6 11/16” by 4 3/4”. In a game of inches 3/8” isn’t too shabby. I have really only been doing this heated pumping routine in earnest in the last 4 weeks or so, so 3/8” in length aby 1/4” girth gain is something I am pretty excited about. I have been kicking myself for not having been so diligent over the last 3 years! I joined in 2005.

I had been doing 10 minute reps prior to last week. Last week I upped my times to 13 minutes heated wrap out of tube, then 13 minutes heated wrap in tube. I don’t maintain an erection out of tube, but I do occasional stretches just to keep at a near max flaccid length while I keep it heated. Hope that clarifies things. I am really excited about this whole thing. I will ofcouse keep you all informed.

Hey man, as I think more and more about your routine I think it has some universal use. Of course I know the penis is not a muscle, but I wonder if it has the capability to hypertrophy like a muscle? In that case, short reps of pumping and heating, I think, would lead to some nice increases in size like the ones you are seeing. I think it is finding that spot where the time is just right, in and out of the tube, which I think you have found, for yourself at least. Also, I think short time periods inside the tube would be more effective, with breaks of heating and/or jelqing would be most effective. In addition, I think these reps should be done in one sitting as to fatigue the chambers of the penis. Afterwards, a nice stayer would do the trick. Lately, I have been doing this in the gym, 10 sets of 10 reps, not a lot of weight but just right. During this time I am seeing my body tone up like crazy especially in my abs, arms, and chest….my 3 main focus areas. Now I am encompassing my legs and ass. We will see what happens.

Do you do your routine in the morning or at night? Do you use a stayer afterwards?

I reached 8x6! Now I lurk.

I usually do my workouts in the morning, by nature of me working 3rd shift (midnight to 8am). I don’t think time of day has much to do with it. I wokr out and goto bed. The only exception is when I do an under 8 hour turn around on my first night (also due to my shift work). I am still thinking that the continuous application of heat has something to do with my gains. I had an excptionally long break this week becuase my wife was ill and remained home. I still increased in length and girth, by doing some moderate jelqing and stretching throughout the week. She wil be gone all of next week. So I hope to put some good stressors on my unit then. The true test has yet to come. I will be regulated to day shift for 4 weeks and try to steal some time during the day to keep my gains. That will be the ultimate test I think, in the next 5 weels.
