Flaccid in the tube

Is it useful from a PE point of view going flaccid in the tube for some

sets at 4”-5” Hg x 15-20 minutes?

If you are flaccid, but still pumped up larger then your normal size, you are still stretching your tissues past their normal state. So I think there is still some benefit. If you are flaccid and still small, then something is not working right.

so flaccid in the tube with a good pumping is good, even if you enter in erect state you can achieve a bigger size.
